Simple directions on how the stovetop, oven and shower worked. That would have saved the phone calls to reception…although they were incredibly kind and helpful. Lounge closes early. Would have been great to have a nightcap and maybe some music. Pool and hot tubs are alittle small.

Location is amazing. Trailsuite with partial view was perfect, peaceful and just amazing.

Nothing really, the place and location was pretty fabulous!

The view, cleanliness, spacious, easy controls on TV, fireplace and thermostat, and the bathroom was amazing! Amenities with the soaking pool and dual hot tubs were sensational! Staff, the staff was topnotch, would definitely recommend and stay here again!

The sinks backed up a lot when being used and took a while for the water to go down.

The hot tub and swimming pool must be open past 10pm to accommodate people who have planned itinerary for the day.

There was a leak in the bathroom so the staff immediately changed/ upgraded our room.

The lovely front desk staff were incredible!! We will be back!!! The room they upgraded us to, at a phenomenally great rate, was breathtaking. Could have sat on the deck all day staring at the ocean!!

The hours that the hot tub and plunge pool are available. I understand closing at 9pm but it was disappointing to not be able to use the hot tub in the morning before the day. Maybe consider 7am open time

We loved everything. The room was spacious and well stocked. The hot tubs were great for after surfing and we loved how pet friendly they were. We will definitely stay again!

Could have used more towel hooks in the bathroom and coat hangers and hooks in the entrance hall to help with clothing storage. While the finishes in our renovated suite were beautiful, some of the workmanship was sloppy, such as shower door and upper kitchen cupboard doors being misaligned.

Hot tub are not great. There is no powerful jet and the water inside needs to be replaced more often.

Amazing location right on the big beach. We stay at the one bedroom trail suite, seeing the trees and ocean. The suite is very clean and modern.

The limited opening hours of the lounge were a little disappointing, but the food in both the lounge and restaurant was amazing!

The staff were really friendly and the location of the property is stunning. The spa experience was great too. The modern feel to the suites on the forth floor was beautiful, it was a very relaxing visit.

Liked everything about this place it was absolutely amazing! The hot tubs were very nice, the room was spectacular.The lounge and restaurant was some of the best food we have ever had. We will be back in the near future.

No door hanger to let the cleaners know when we were declining daily freshen up to reduce environmental impacts. The patio door had visible lock damage which we reported right away. There were a lot of dog barking during the day. Parking near the lodge was scarce due to construction equipment using regular parking spaces

The resort was able to accommodate my early check in request. The room was clean and stocked with the initial supplies. Easy check in and check out process

All units are right near the ocean with very nice views, and great access to hiking and scenic areas. The location was great for hiking, touring and storm watching.

There was an adjoining room that was a little loud so could hear others. But wasn’t a problem.

Rooms were even more spacious than expected, and the beds were incredible comfortable!
