Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The staff started off friendly while we were checking in, when they saw that I had booked through Booking.com they were less friendly. Another guest was checking in at the same time and was treated with far more courtesy than we were. It is a little sad that they treat people who book through a discount app this way.
The Hotel was clean and comfortable. It's location has several dining options nearby as well as the on site restaurant. It is a very spacious and well maintained hotel.

On the day I was to check I did some work then went to have a shower. No water. No warning from the hotel that this was happening and no explanation. I’m honestly not a fussy traveller but this was not a good thing.
Location is idyllic. Super comfy bed in the king room

Not well sound proofed. It wasn’t awful but flushing could be heard from neighbors beside and above you. Doors closing (wasn’t but sounded like slamming) were loud.
Rooms were clean and well stocked.

The stairs for the water slide look like tetanus waiting to happen!! And partial painted wall access to the pool looks unkempt and messy.

The attached roadhouse bar needs to find different location or something. You can hear the loud music all night. Not overly child friendly when people are cutting up and acting crazy.
The beds were comfy, and the room was nice and clean. The staff was nice and informative.

The King Suite with a connecting Queen room and another room across the hall let us gather in the sitting area of the King Suite - we were traveling as a family from different points of origin so it gave us a place to gather to be together - and then it was so convenient to pop down for meals and Thanksgiving buffet on the Sunday.

The resturant service was very slow 🐌 plus staff was not very friendly 🙄...all hallways in hotel were dirty. The elevator was also dirty even after we told Staff plus outside was littered with 🗑 garbage

The bathroom in our room was not the cleanest (there were toe or fingernail clippings on the floor). Access to the pool was from 2nd floor only, but you had to go down (and back up) 2 flights of stairs to get to it; meanwhile, there was an "emergency exit" right off the front desk. This is NOT handicap accessible, nor safe to be climbing stairs when wet! The top step of the whirlpool is sloped, and there are no safety grip strips on the stairs. I and 2 others that I saw slipped getting into it. The ice machines were quite faded/worn, which made it look unsanitary.
Location was easy to find and convenient. The pool and waterslide were decent size. There were 2 hot tubs. Free hot breakfast.

Check in took much longer than normal. I have stayed here many times before and the check in agent was difficult to understand and confirmed every detail of my ID etc. Was not a smooth process.

Everything was great.
Free breakfast vouchers were provided, which was nice. The breakfast was very rich and the family enjoyed it. The swimming pool was also very good. Everything was great.

The elevator service needs improvement. Wait times for an elevator is too long. We end up taking the stairs, but found that there’s no exit to the main floor and had to go outside and back in to drop off the key cards at check out. There needs to be a more efficient method to get to the main levy! The accessibility to and from the pool is terrible. People with disabilities will not be able to walk those flights of stairs.
Really enjoyed the complimentary breakfast! It was one of the attractive reason we chose with Canad Inn. Rooms was nice and spacious.
