We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Canadarestaurant staff could do better on the breakfast, toast to toasted and buttered(was toasted and buttered). Our breakfast order (one) was mistaken for a waffle from pancakes and waiter said she punched in wrong code which was a big mistake. By the time here waffle came I finished mine!!!

CanadaThey charge your credit card in the morning of your check in date. If your credit card declines, your reservation is canceled. They then charge your card for the full amount plus security deposit upon check in time as well. Not sure if it happened with anyone else.

Very spacious room with a comfortable bed. Very good location to city center and old town. Highly improved Quary Restaurant. Glad to have returned to this hotel.

United StatesWe rented a one-bedroom apartment with kitchen. In our first night, the hotel gave our room to the other guest so we had to stay in a smaller room. However, hotel did compensate us a small amount of money, but we'd like to have our booked room on the arrival day. The sofa bed in the living room was not that comfortable and should be improved. The staff who cleaned our room forgot to dump the garbage in the kitchen or clean the kitchen floor in some days.
We rented a one-bedroom apartment with kitchen. The bed in the master room is very comfortable and in good condition. The staff in the front desk is very nice and serves our needs very quickly. In general, the overall condition of the hotel is nice and clean.

PeruThe hotel has its age, and you can smell it. The carpets should have been changed a long time ago. The breakfast buffet was supposed to be open till 10:30 a.m., but at 10:00, it was already half empty. The gym has very limited equipment.
It was a decent hotel, considering the remote location and rough climate. The beds are comfy, the room size is OK, and you get what you pay for. The restaurant in the hotel offers a relatively good breakfast buffet. The airport shuttle was a nice addition.

AustraliaThe room wasn't very soundproof. You could hear people walking up and down the corridor as well as adjacent room noise. This was particularly irritating during the early hours of the morning. The gym needed a code which was not provided at check in. The courtesy bus left the airport without us while we collected our bags off the carousel - next one not for 30 min so had to take a cab.
We were afforded early check in which was good. The room was spacious and clean. There was a small fridge and a microwave. The bed was very comfortable. Restaurant was good value for money and drinks were reasonably priced.

Australiathe toilet blocked on the first night. We should have guessed there was something not right as the plunger was next to the toilet. Water from toilet flooded bathroom floor. Staff were quick to find us another room with a working toilet. Heating in the restaurant did not work for a few of the nights we were there so did not use the restaurant as it was very cold.
