I THINK THERE WAS BLACK MOLD IN THE SHOWER CRACKS AND THE TUB HAD FLOATIES IN IT, PRETTY SURE DEAD SKIN. HAD TO CLEAN BEFORE USAGE. BATHROOM IS SMALL

EV charging was operated by a third party company at a cost (wasn’t included in the Flo network) and was a slow 6.2kW rate. We drove into town and used the 50kW BC Hydro chargers instead.

Perfect location for lazy river rafting and to get in and out of town. Very helpful and friendly staff. Great little cafe/dinner (the Bear Hut) attached to the hotel.

On busy street so some noise but it didn’t disturb my sleep. Could have used a blanket as I had a hard time regulating the air con. area is not pretty but close to downtown / beach

Super comfy bed!!! Spacious room. Close enough to the beach & downtown but far enough that you don’t get the noise of partiers on a long weekend. Dog friendly. Definitely stay again!

The room was clean enough but it could have definitely been cleaner. Like the tile/grout in the bathroom could use a good scrubbing.

The location was excellent for our group, close to all the things we wanted to do. Our room was unique (curved), a corner unit and quite spacious.

The hotel is definitely dated and it shows in some areas. I know the hotel has had some Reno’s done but our floor/ room was not one of them

Poor location of bathroom mirror entry door jams extremely difficult to open/close - no room service for a 4 night stay. Nightly room rate unreasonable.

There was a noise inside the room at night when we were sleeping. I am not sure where it was from. Like the sound of machinery.

I had asked for an early check-in and was told the room had been cleaned but not inspected. Had someone knock on my door to refill shampoo because it was apparently not completed by the housekeeping staff. Glass shower door was not cleaned. Towels were lacking.

We loved staying at The Hotel Penticton! Free parking at the front door, check-in was a breeze, and our room was large, fresh and spotless. We had upgraded our reservation to a spa hot tub and rain shower bathroom and it was truly worth every penny!

I dislike Nespresso coffee machines. I wish hotels that use them wouldn't.

The hotel is physically very different from most hotels. At one end of the hotel the rooms have wall to wall windows, which are extremely attractive. A major expansion is planned for the fall of 2024.

I heard a door slam next door and felt the building was not sound proof ? Perhaps it was the door off the balcony next door.

The blinking lights from ads screen was very visible from the window at night even the blinds are totally down. Curtains would be nice so baby’s not to get distracted when trying to get to sleep. No kettle in the room, the one provided was not on top condition. Pool can be improved I heard they will be renovating the whole hotel.

The whirlpool tub was fun and my 1yr old liked it. Staff was responsive and accommodating. Front parking is a little busy but there are some at the back.

There wasn't anything that I didn't like. Maybe the elevator was a little small but that's minor.

The grout in the shower area is in need of a good scrubbing and cleaning as it’s showing signs of what appears to be mildew

Very nicely appointed rooms that are super clean and comfortable. The King jet tub room is very nice with a spacious jet tub and a rainfall shower. Very very nice
