I very like breakfasts and the personals was very professional. But, I dislike the room because of too much dust on the carpet. I think they need a vapor cleaning.

Window has a crack in it so heard a draft all night. Kids loud and running at 1130pm. made 2 calls to front desk regarding this.

Great location. My only real complaint was the shower. It was lukewarm and the water did not drain properly. Also the sound proofing was poor, I could hear the rooms next to me quite a bit. Everything else, including the price of my stay was great.

The bathroom could have used a better clean before renting the room out

Price point, convenience of location, space of the room. The breakfast had to be one of the better ones we have ever had at a hotel . Staff was kind and approachable. Beds were comfortable.

Said pet friendly and no where does it say $25 for pets!!! Should advertise this!! Breakfast was great and price and location was great.

Does the Truck it is getting dated a bit but for price it’s Awsome.Inly downfall was paying for my pet and girl at front desk put us in a room that was already taken and very confused trying to get info before landing.

The tub would take to long to drain we had to take a shower with our feet in the water, the second person could not take a shower for a few hours before it would drain. No hand soap in the bathroom . The bottle was empty.

Everything was pretty average. Cleanliness was okay, there was some garbage laying around in main areas. Some of the staff were lovely, others could care less that you were there. Definetly nothing that would encourage me to stay here again.

It was nice to have a variety of breakfast options. There were very few other guests, so the hotel was quiet. The shower pressure was surprisingly good!

Didn't like the breakfast. No options for allergies or milk intolerance.

Room was clean and comfortable. Not enough pillows. Would have liked an extra blanket. The breakfast was standard continental breakfast, not particularly good as the food texture was off. Staff were present and offer assistance.

The location is lacking in that you must drive down a downhill alleyway access the Hotel. The night we were there the vacancy rate was quite high.... lots of rooms, yet the hotel staff placed us in an upper floor room until we asked to be put on the main floor. When vacancy is high, why not ask the client where they would like to be positioned? The hotel rooms on the main floor have patio doors. Yes, access to the parking lot from the room is wonderful, but patio doors allow lots of cold air in. A hinged door and a large thermopane window would be a better structural arrangement. (Perhaps this is why the staff tried to put us on the seocnd floor??) Attention might be given to the bathroom. It was not dirty, but it was dingey and there were no safety bars anywhere. The sink was very slow to drain - small stuff to some, but easy to improve upon.

Breakfast was good and the lady managing the breakfast room was attentive and helpful. I needed a charging cord for my cell-phone and the desk staff cheerfully located one and loaned it to me overnight. The room I was in had a divided living area (quite roomy) so there was a couch and table in one room and two queen beds in a separate room.

When you are trying to take a bath, the shampoo and conditioner are up too high. It would be good if you had the option of a few miniature bottles.

The breakfast has everything you would need and a nice sitting area. We love that all day and night there's tea and coffee available. We stay here every time we go to Moncton. It is conveniently located. It's good value for your money. We will continue to stay over and over again.

Elevator seems like it needs maintenance.
