There a a few things that don't fit/make no sense: So you have a fully equipped kitchen but no sink. I could hear every word the guests in the next room talked and every step they did. For me it was a bit to far away from the old town. I walked the distance several times and it got annoying. Finally, you have to be clear that this is not a hotel, from Friday to Monday I didn't see one staff person. There is no housekeeping, you don't get new coffee capsules, towels every day and the rubbish will not be brought away. The communication for the self check in was ok, but not excellent (they wrote me a wrong floor number). The rest of the communication is just not sufficient. I was there over the weekend and wanted to ask for luggage storage. I took some time until I got an answer via email (on the weekend I didn't get an answer at all), then I should have called somewhere, and it was very unclear which number. In the end I didn't pursue it further. I think if you manage such a facility you should be aware that you have to be available 24/7 for your guests via an easy medium of communication as there is no reception.

The room is modern and designed very efficient. Everything was clean. There are big stores and supermarkets next to it.

Not a lot of parking spaces, first come first served.(About 25 places) I would've loved an extra lock on the door as an alone traveler but I still felt safe. I could hear my neighbors chat and laugh so the rooms may not be that well insulated but it didnt kept me awake.

Beautiful, tranquil place. Very clean and well decored. Good sized room with all the amenities needed. Easy to get in and out of independantly. Grocery store across the street. Great water pressure. Comfortable bed and pillows. Tv with roku.

A lot of useful but not necessary conveniences (dish washer, coffee machine and all things provided in the kitchen), but in terms of amenities in the bathroom, lacks of certain necessary things (dry soap of poor quality, would be nice to have shower gel - for me a must have, and maybe a soap for the hands).

Quick response and made sure we can check in before. Modern, spacious and clean room. Very complete kitchen. Well located. Parking available. Really nice common space with some space in the entrance to chill / work.

Beds are really soft. Personally, I like firm beds. Walls are also kinda thin. We heard the neighbors next to us.

We booked late at night, since it was a self check in , we called for instructions, they answered fast, gave us all the instructions we need, very professional, I liked the self check in experience, very easy and efficient . Very nice and well thought decor for the lobby, room very spacious very clean, bed super comfortable... location of the hotel is great and there is parking on premises ... overall it's an amazing and a comfortable experience , highly recommended.

Nothing, great location, accommodations were as described. There is no one at the front desk, so that may turn people off, but worked out fine for us.

Easy codes and key pickup, the location is 15 min walk to the hubbub, perfectly located to enjoy everything Quebec City has to offer but have a quieter place to stay
