Facilities were clean and room was nice. I was originally given a room on the first floor near the elevators. Called front desk the next morning and asked for a new room because the elevators and restaurant were so loud we barely got any sleep. The manager accommodated us getting us the same room type on a different floor in a quiet area. I am very thankful for that accommodation if they hadn't done that I know my trip would have been horrible. Thanks westin team!!! 😀

Nice hotel in the heart of Mont Tremblant Pedestrian Village. Perfect size for the us. Heated outdoor pool is a plus.

CanadaCoffee at Leo restaurant was over priced! should not be charging 6$. We also ordered a glass of prosecco and paid too much for only half a glass! We were hoping to be served in the hot tub as promised but nobody showed after pressing the button. Room needs a reno. carpet and furniture is very outdated.
loved the heated outdoor pool and hot tub! This felt like a spa. very nice renovations in lobby. Gym and sauna are great too. Bed in room was comfy. Very quiet too! so nice for sleeping. Location is amazing! easy access to gondola for skiing and upon return at the end of the day. So nice to have quick access to lockers for skis and poles. Really nice to be able to put on ski boots in our room and walk straight outside to the gondola.

CanadaI was supposed to stay at Westin Mont Tremblant for two nights, Booking.com booked me in Western Plus in Québec city for two nights instead of Mont Tremblant. After I had cancelled for Québec city, I was refunded for one night only even though it wasn't my mistake. I had to rebook a second hotel that second night. I would like my second night refund please.

CanadaIt is very unfortunate but after taking my client to the ski hill and purchasing tickets to go to the top of the mountain, we get there and are told the restaurant is closed for a private event. We immediately go back to the sajes office where I request our money back because we were not notified of this private event. The person selling the tickets says she told us and that I’m lying !! Extremely rude and unacceptable

United StatesI was disappointed that all the facilities of the hotel were not available. Did Gymand spa were closed for renovations and we were not made aware of this when we made our reservations. The cushions on the lounge chairs around the pool were very dirty even the attendant said that we should put towels on them and where they were being stored was not very sanitary.

United StatesOne of the two main bar/restaurant areas was completely off limits due to a private function that apparently lasted for my entire stay.
The staff was terrific. The pool (while a bit small) was quite nice--clean and well supplied with chairs and towels. The room was extremely clean and everything worked well. The space allotment was also excellent--nice common space that converted to a fold-out and an extremely spacious bathroom.
