The best hostel ever! Bunk beds in the dorms are, as a matter of fact, little curtained cabins with full privacy and all comforts. Extra-clean room and ensuite bathroom and a huge and comfortable common area. Wide selection of breakfast for any taste. The location is a few steps from Metro and Bus Berri Uqam station, full of places to visit. Downtown is at walking distance.

Quick access to all facilities like the subway restaurant dépanner coffee shops. Had a terrific time with staffs and clients. There's a nice lounge close by to the entrance where you can sit back and relax during your stay at the Auberge. See you next time 😉

GREAT location. The private room was really clean and staff were friendly. Overall quiet in the private rooms building and offers a great rooftop. Def a great option to stay!

The staff were so nice and informative, and the vibes on the rooftop were awesome. Just a reminder, the sidewalk from metro to the hostel might be "rocky," not a good choice to walk with huge suitcases.

My Breakfast was ordered to go bought at McDonald's Restaurant right close by few steps. Breakfast was served with appreciation and curiosity.

The ONLY down side was that my mattress was really uncomfortable and I didn’t sleep the best. But there were curtains which gave you privacy and little lights in your bed area.

Juli at the front desk was so nice and welcoming, the facilities were really impressive. I was in a 12 bed female dorm and it was warm and clean. Had its own little kitchenette and own bathroom which was so good. Really spacious under bed storage that you could put a padlock on too which I liked. Lastly the jacuzzi on the rooftop was amazing. Sitting in the hot water with snow all over the balcony was really nice and relaxing.

The location is good, 5 minutes walk to subway station and 15 minutes walk to Vieux-Port de Montréal. The facilities are new.

It’s not really anything super upsetting, but the bathroom door in my room wouldn’t close properly and I didn’t want to slam the door because people were sleeping. I just thought I should let you guys know about the door.

I have stayed with you guys a few times now. I quite like it. It’s very affordable the staff are incredibly friendly.

Aside from toilet paper, there are no other paper products, no tissues or napkins or paper towels. I understand being environmentally friendly and I agree with that, but some napkins would be nice. At the same time I didn't see receptacles for recycling. How does paper, cans, glass get recycled?

We stayed in a double king suite, it was very clean and comfortable and we love having a kitchen for easy food prep. Also so great visiting the rooftop hot tub. And the option to have our own parking spot was great!

The shower in our room ran very weakly, with a slow flow of water. The streets close to the hostel had quite a few hobos/drug addicts, so when walking around we had to keep on our toes. But at no point we felt unsafe, as they were just minding their own business. However, everything was amazing and I needed to nitpick to mention negative points. These didn't detract from our experience in the slightest and were the only negatives I could think of.

The rooms really exceeded our expectations and were a lot more comfortable and spacious than we thought they would be. The hostel organizes many activities such as walking tours and events at the bar, and during our stay there was even a NYE party happening. But also, the staff was very friendly and helpful. The location is great, being around 5 minutes from the subway station and 15 minutes from Old Montreal. It's a superb value for money for couples, solo travelers and even groups, considering you can book a whole apartment.
