Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

Hong KongThe way to access the apartment. I have to finish the survey to get the access code 24hrs before I arrived. However, I can’t access the website. And there is no one in the reception, so I can’t received any help by the host in person instantly. Almost can’t access in the first night. It would be perfect if the passcode was sent via the email, instead of sending me after I completed the survey that I couldn’t access in my home country.
I love how responsive for the customer when they received my email. That allow me receive instant assistance. The location of the place is excellent.

United States- I booked for 1 week lodging but was given a tiniest room I've came across with a window facing the wall from the other building couple feet away - No kettle, no table, no chair, coffee maker with no coffee, no TV (Have to boil water with the big pot) - No storage cabinet only hangers at awkward location - Pretentious room design and furniture, incomplete assembly from cheapest material (see attached photos) - Limited space caused by the impractical furniture placement - Difficult cleaning as pan and pots bigger than the basin - Not sure what's the point of the mirror above the headboard? Expecting occupant to stand on the bed while dressing up? Reminds me of Sadako Yamamura. Also the LED lit mirror in the bathroom? Should spend the money on more useful and practical furniture and appliances. - Slippery and hazardous metal entrance stairs during snowy days - Suitable for 1 night stay at most but it's not worth the price
- Location, 700 ft. (200m) from bus terminal, walking distance to major attractions, super-marts - Better sound isolation than most hostels, Airbnb - Heating system that works

Our reservations were set more than 2 weeks in advance, and they changed it the day we checked in without telling us. Even more lies while we were staying there. Ants all over the room, which was already unclean. Stayed for almost week, no one came to replace toilet paper or tend to the room. No access to a lobby/reception area. Didn’t provide trash out front like they said. It was a complete disappointment
