Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Room was spacious, king bed was comfortable, breakfast was excellent. Bathroom is small, without counter space for toiletries...that's an inconvenience along with the lack of mirror in the room. Walls are bare - a bit of decor would make the room warmer.

The mattress was way too soft. I woke up with back pain every day. There was mold around the bathtub.
The location is great! Plenty of parking. Room is spacious.

Overall, a good hotel. What stood out was the staff. They, without exception, were excellent. In particular, when we learned we made a mistake with booking, they did their best to help make the best of what could have been a problem.

It would have been nice to have a 2nd bathroom in the suite, but at least there were bathrooms in the lobby for us to go to when we really needed to.
The pool and waterslide were great for the kids. We also appreciated having a buffet breakfast included. The family suite was a good size for the 7 of us.

They did not clean our room the we were there.we constantly had to ask for towels that was annoying..for the first couple of days the ice machine didn't work..they told us to go to the next floor..the tub would not drain properly had to complain about that several times..was fixed towards the end of our stay. The pull out bed was a bit wonky if you slept sideways it was fine
The location was nice and convenient The front concirrge Doug was amazing, freindly and helpful..breakfast was good had a good variety..the pool was nice..but cold I would definitely recommend this hotel to others they have a few quirks to work out. Shout out to Doug was a freindly face to walk into he was very helpful and nice

The front desk staff both at check in and check out were fantastic and so helpful and accommodating with our special requests. They helped out with the storing of our frozen goods overnight, booking our early morning taxi to the airport and reconfirming it that morning, and put together a bagged breakfast for us because we were to too early for the complimentary breakfast at the hotel. We felt welcomed and looked after.

Check in was very busy, maybe needed another person on the front desk. No big complaints.
Room was very clean but needed a bit of decoration. Breakfast was very good , nice selection and hot, plus a nice layout of tables .Front desk manager and staff were terrific , if overworked a bit.

TV is kind of old and not wall mount. Space inside is a bit narrow, anyway, We like the stairs from the 2nd floor to lobby.
Breakfast is great! We love the potatoes and sausages. It is a convenient location surrounded by superstore, Sobeys, shopping plazas, gas station and bank, easy to access roads to north, south, west and downtown. The hotel provides map of PEI! There are coin washer and dryer on-site.

There is at a ramp to wheel your luggage up to the main doors. Makes it difficult and for people with accessibility issues.
Spent 5 nights here total. Great family hotel in excellent location! Staff very courteous. The pool was a big hit, be mindful of the pool deck as it’s pretty slippery. Wonderful hot breakfast included.

Only negative was our room was near the pool so it was noisy until late at night.
