No breakfast House keeping is confusing / there is a tag with two options…….. It has to be simplified with one option only clean or not .

Pillows were uncomfortable No cream for coffee in room I had a wheelchair accessible room so no bathtub and it was right across the hall from the elevator so was fairly noisy

I was not happy to call the hotel to get a shuttle back to get our vehicle and they quoted 15 mins for our pick up and we ended up having to take a taxi (30.00) after waiting 30 mins. When we returned to hotel the driver was just getting in his vehicle to cone and get us.

I like that the hotel was close to restaurants and the airport. I was happy with our free shuttle to the airport.

The main pool was a little smaller than normal pools. But temperature was nice. I thought the price I booked was lower but I will have to go and find my original email. Very much appreciated the airport shuttle at 4 am

The free airport shuttle pulled in to the courtesy shuttle area, then pulled away again without even stopping even though I was waving at them to stop. Very frustrating.

The gym was a disappointment with very few equipment and the room was not as spacious compared to similar hotels we have stayed at with the same configuration.

The staff was friendly and the location was perfect with many near by stores and restaurants.

The bed was way too soft. Like a marshmallow and bagged out in the center. We did not sleep well.

We were arranged to the side of the building which is close to the highway. I didn’t realized the traffic noise was a big issue until I went to sleep. I was woke up at 3am and couldn’t fall asleep again. It’s not a good option for someone who needs a quiet environment for sleeping.

We had requested a bathtub in our room when we made the reservation 2 months prior, and we didn't have one. As well as there were no bathrobes in our room, we had to ask for them. The shower had someone elses hair on the wall. And there was a live bug in the bathroom. For the price we paid, there needs to be an incuded hot breakfast.

Mattresses were not comfortable for me. Sink had very slow drainage (reported to front desk at checkout). Rooms are not equipped with newer usb-C connections, I will remember to bring mine on my next visit. .

Ideal location with lots of restaurants around. Abundant parking. Clean lobby, elevators, corridors and rooms (we had two rooms). Appreciated the powerful handheld shower as well as the rain head shower in the walk-in bath. Overall, our two night stay was a good one. It is my second visit, the first being last year. I will consider staying here again next year.

Everything was great. We were travelling for work and so the location was to our satisfaction with ample parking. This hotel is not downtown but for our purposes, it didn't matter.
