Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty

- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

I didn't know breakfast were included or not. Reception didn't inform me anything about it. I couldn't manage any dinner as it was stormy night with rain and I reached hotel near 11:30 at night. I wanted to know if they have anything but they said to install uber Eat and manage it ( I was not expecting they will manage food but they did'nt show any interest I can do it or not or if they could help. My room was road side and rain water was on floor. TV was working, Bathroom was good. I felt little upset so did not call anyone I clean up have some water from Tap , try Uber eat ( due to net problem may be for weather ( its not about hotels wify Im talking about my cell phone) the order not processed. I just felt happy that I booked this place in last day and I am safe now under a shelter because outside it was really bad weather , I landed late so all together- Hotel should have some more interest to help guests and give more information during check inn and they should have idea about their room like they should take initiative to keep the room dry and clean if they know rain water gets in during storm- if they do not know that's again a big problem I can say. I avoid dormitory so that I can stay comfort/Safe/privacy --- still I paid more but I missed some of the expectation s. But Thanks God - Thanks booking com Thanks hotel for the night stay - I needed a shelter.
Nice room with a bed fit for 2 persons. Toilet was clean and supplies was available. There was no water bottle( paid or complimentary) but I able to make a cup of tea using tap water. Road side room nice view.

Reception area smelled like spoiled milk when we came in to check in but the smell was gone the next day. There was a loud banging noise that seemed like coming from the next room and kept us awake the whole night. Bed was clean and so it the washroom

There was no drinking water provided, which was a bit disappointing. It’s a decent place for the price, but it would be better if they offered basic things like drinking water.
I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights and had a good experience. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly, and everything I needed was available. It's a good choice if you're looking for a clean and budget-friendly place to stay.

cigarette butts on the ground.
Clean. Polished. Had a smoking area. Other hotel guests were nice to talk to. Property felt safe even at 3am on a holiday in the midst of a bad area of town.

We forgot something in our room when we went back a couple hours later to retrieve it the lady at the desk would not help us what so ever and was very rude to us. We lost something that was dear to us and that's going to cost us over 110 to replace. I would never stay here again or recommend this place ever to anyone.

The main sign is a bit hidden and we almost entered at the property before. Also I wish they could refresh the outside because once I pulled in the driveway, I almost wasn’t sure if we could enter, and I pretty much saw that look on anyone that we arrived at the same time ! Inside is beautiful though.
