Front lobby was dirty and the sitting area in the lobby. Room was very noise, the fridge needs to be changed, the heating was very noisy. I also heard, noises frome next door room.. Towels need to be replaced with new ones, the threads were coming apart.

Location, great breakfast and the people that w ork there. The bed was very pleasant and soft . The price was not worth it. I dint sleep, from all the noises, that was around me I would like my money back.

The only thing I didn't like was the amount of children (I assume it was a hockey tournament) nonetheless they were messing with the elevator, running up and down the hallways.

I absolutely loved the front desk lady she was an absolute saint! The facilities were amazing but we had the hot tub in our room which was even better I plan on getting that room every time!

The room was very good, the bed comfortable. The breakfast was good except for the eggs which were powdery.

December 2024 We stayed during the holidays, we were visiting our grandchildren...so we only really needed a place to lay our heads. And we had our little fur baby with us. PROs The room was very comfortable large enough and clean, The room service staff were very accommodating and friendly CONs The front desk staff, in the night we arrived was very dismissive, and not helpful in anyway made us feel like we were bothering her The breakfast bar, is literally in the lobby right next to the front door so it was very cold every time the front door opened people were wearing their full outerwear to eat  Also, I'm sure not very hygienic. And not very much selection, no gluten free options. The three days we were there we only ate breakfast once because there wasn't enough selection. The last day of our stay, we did choose to eat before checking out, I had 1. Piece of toast and 2. Pieces of bacon + juice ( I had asked the staff for tongs as there weren't any and people were touching the bread etc with their hands, she immediately went to front desk and very loudly accused someone of stealing them when in fact they were in the kitchen) then once again, the breakfast staff was openly & loudly complaining to the desk staff about people taking too much food people not picking up after themselves and although I agree with this, as I said we were here 3 days and only ate at the breakfast bar once this morning and when listening to staff complaining about people taking too much food,  makes you very uncomfortable and we immediately left the breakfast lobby and ate in our room; considering "breakfast was included in price" I believe it was very unprofessional if the staff to make the guests feel like they had to limit themselves and feel like they were being watched. The bed / mattress was too hard, I had to sleep on the couch which was a little more comfortable.

Noisy hockey team on the floor were a bit loud. Shower curtain kept slipping TV and hairdryer were not working. But I managed to push the cable in to get the TV going and the hairdryer plug had to be reset

Rooms are a bit tired. Mattresses could be updated as well as the cushions on the sofa.

Convenient, breakfast included, front desk staff incredibly helpful and kind. Overall good for the price paid.

I think the pool was to small and they didn't have a hot tub and the teenagers I was with would have loved to have had a hot tub to relax in
