Bolt lock on room didn't work, breakfast was not great, eggs were rubber pucks so we ate elsewhere

No one cleaning up the room eventhough we had asked for, only change the towels. The toiled did not work well. Breakfast was not proper amount to serve all the guest, took so long to refill the food.

comfort bed with resonable price and easy excess from the back of the hotel, but no so sure about the safety since the door is always left opened during the day without security excess.

The toilet seat in my room was broken and loose and I was not provided with any shower towels only face clothes and hand towels and there was a large gap around the door frame that I could see people walking by and so it was loud as well

T.V. was difficult to operate. Sausage and eggs were cold. Sausage looked like it wasn’t cooked and weren’t ready when we came out for breakfast.

The room was very cold when we arrived. I turned up the heat but it took awhile to feel comfortable. There was no rack in the bathroom to put the towel.

We had a room on first floor, which was good - I didn’t ask but I thought there would be an elevator should we have been put on the second floor.

There was construction going on near the entrance. unfortunately, it was loud and noisy and could be heard all the way through the hotel from the equipment being used. Had I been made aware of the construction while I was booking, I may not have chosen your hotel. We were grateful that we booked on a Saturday instead of the weekdays, and we arrived close to quitting time for the construction crew.

The rooms were clean and bright, and we appreciated being on the main floor. The room was ready and comfortable upon arrival. And staff professional and helpful.

I specifically asked about parking because I was travelling with a trailer. The place was fairy busy and I was luck that I found a spot to park my truck and trailer. If there had been a few more cars I would have BE SOL.

The location was good for us, the room was very clean, the facility looks like it had been updated. But it was sort of basic. The breakfast was on par with what you normally get. But I my mind it was overpriced.

The breakfast was great. It was more than I expected. As far as quiet goes, there was a lot of door banging and slamming we couldn’t hear any people, but we could hear the doors banging and I mean that’s nobody’s fault except people not being courteous when leaving their room and just letting the door slam shut had nothing to do with The accommodations themselves or the staff. Overall, it was a great experience and a lovely place to stay and we are going to check out the rewards program and continue staying at Comfort Inn wherever we go. I should say that the young lady that checked us in on the Friday afternoon was very friendly and kind and just so nice.

No wheelchair accessible doors (automatic doors) so had to struggle with bringing luggage into the hotel and up the stairs. Breakfast was adequate but left something to be desired. Was never fully stocked and always had to ask staff for things like coffee cups and more ketchup. The eggs were good. Also specifically asked housekeeping down at the lobby to change sheets on our second day because they didn't make the beds the first day and when we got back to our room the towels and garbages were changed but the bed was not.

The rooms were great but small. Very clean and cozy and comfortable. It was updated with a fridge and microwave which was a bonus. The coffee machine in the lobby was my husband's favorite thing. He loved it. And the kids loved the pool.

The only issue, and very minor, was by the time the last person showered, the shower gel was empty.

1 towel for 2 people in bathroom. Breakfast looked awful. No plates to make toast. Had to use a bowl.

Shower leaked. Poor design. Shower head should have been installed in the opposite direction. Had to step into the shower to turn it on. Water sprays thru the flimsy plastic barrier. “Hot breakfast” consisted of no bacon or sausage and uncooked hash browns with rubbery eggs. Plenty of cream cheese but no bagels and no fruit or yogurt. Thankfully Tim Hortons was across the road.

Easy check in. Room clean. Air conditioning and fridge were both on.

There wasn't hand soap by the sink to wash hands, had to reach into shower to use body wash. The lobby could be more user friendly as it also served as the breakfast area so it could have been larger in size. More soundproofing in lobby, sounds and voices just bouncing of the walls. Maybe separate the rooms with a door from the lobby.

The beds were very comfortable and sheets not scratchy. Towels were excellent.

The- It Tv controls should have some instruction for them. The coffee pot is up too high to read instructions it overflowedd on me each time I used it. The doors on the shower are on backwards which allows the water to get out on the floor outsidw the shower.

The breakfast was good on two days but was lacking support on the third day.
