CanadaThe hotel is very dated with small rooms in poor condition, if we had known the condition we would have spent the few dollars more for a much better hotel. Room was clean. The continental breakfast had the lowest selection I have ever seen, basically toast and cereal and 1 orange.
The proximity to where we needed to be was great.

CanadaThe room is okay, but the bathroom seems too old. The cleanliness was poor, with some old yellow stains on the bedsheet and pillows. The breakfast is disappointing. There is no hot breakfast, and there is even no butter!!! There is only margarine. It`s such bad attention to basic things is unacceptable!
The location is not bad, you can quickly reach your destination in the city.

CanadaThe bathroom smelled like cigarette smoke (on a non-smoking floor and we are non-smokers) and the sink drained very slowly. After filling out the online check-in "to save time at the hotel," I had to fill out all of the same information when we got there. I won't do online check-in again. Why bother? On check-out, there was some confusion when I asked for a receipt. They said I had paid online when I booked, yet the confirmation email I have says specifically that I will pay at the hotel. I guess I'll see whether it's on my credit card or not.

Canadabeds where hard and not comfortable could feel the springs, shower curtain was torn and gross. Tried to call down multiple times/text from desk for some things and never got a response had to go down to the lobby. This hotel definitely needs to do some upgrading. For the price though you get what you pay for.

Canada1) key card didn’t work. Asked the front staff about it and they checked the cards with their machine and said it works and next time just to call a number so I wouldn’t have to go up . Key cards had to be tired at least 20 times for the door to unlock. Eventually got a new key card and it worked after 3-5 tries instead of 20 tries 2) no body wash. They have a low quality soap bar for your hands so I used that for the shower as well. Bring your own body wash 3) carpet didn’t seem as clean as I’d like. It needs a good deep clean and a steam 4) walls are paper thin. You can hear someone next door coughing and sneezing. 5) grouting in the bathroom looked dirty 6) not enough pillows. 3 small pillows for a queen size bed

United StatesCouldn't open the drapes because of people outside hanging out there. They could've seen into my room. Some sort of barrier would be nice. They could spruce up the exterior. Very bare looking.
Close enough to walk (1.5 km) from bus stop. Close to restaurants and a shopping mall. There was another very nice mall where my bus terminal was. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
