The bed was comfortable and there were plenty of towels. I liked that the room had a mini fridge and a microwave. The hotel offered a free breakfast which was terrible. The apple juice did not even taste like apple juice. The bread and bagels were very poor quality. I gave up trying to find any quality food items to eat and left. Our room Hada fireplace which was an u expected feature. However, it did not work and the front desk clerk, as much as he tried, could not get it to start.

Towels still scratchy need fabric softner... no extra blanket in room ( usually in dresser /desk)

Older gentleman at desk, always friendly and makes conversation. Beds and pillows comfy, room was clean.

Not much really. The breakfast room opens at 7. I got there little after 8.... and no eggs or sausage. I know there weren't many people, as early in the week it is Winter too, but even if ,they put a bit out at a time.... breakfast is served till 10. Apple Juice still tastes funny..... My room was missing the extra blanket. And the drapes ,in pretty much everyroom have had their day.....

This room was alot better than my previous one. Good bathroom with tub. Door locked properly ,clean. comfy bed and pillows. Staff are always friendly . The older Gentleman ,at the desk , very welcoming .We had a nice chat. Good selection of bagels , muffins fruit .I must apologize, if I was blind as a bat, last time, forgive me when I mentioned, about the hotwater for the tea...Maybe it ( sign) was up and I missed it, not sure . The hot water, is round the corner in the kitchen.....Not sure when the signage went up ...Anyway ... Had a great cup of tea this time!

Location was perfect for the National Airforce Museum of Canada.

Room was clean and quiet.. The 2 bars of Dove soap that was supplied were very tiny and hard to lather up. Way to small for shower purposes. Did not like them.

There was some smell in the room.

Very good location for our visit to Sandbanks Provincial Park. The bed was comfortable. Breakfast was average, not many choices.

We left a decent tip for the housekeeper when we left for the day, but when we returned our in room coffee supplies were not restocked. That was disappointing as we would have liked it first thing the next morning.

The breakfast was good with many selections and included coffee. It was nice to be able to make an English muffin breakfast sandwich with prepared eggs and sausage patties which were kept warm. The breakfast area was clean and well stocked.

My only issue is with "black out curtain" to darken the room, it did not do that it let's a lit of light through, like they are not even there. very strange. please see attached photo.

The bedside lamp desperately needs a new shade room #303 . Holes in it, looks like someone used a bead of glue, to fix a tear in it. Light blocking drapes need replacing holes in them. On the whole, good stay. Would stay definitely again.

Bed was comfy and pillows. free parking, breakfast was good . Nice variety, eggs, sausage patties, waffles , juices ,coffee, cereal varieties of oatmeal,,english muffins ,bagels etc. . Good sized room. lots of towels and trial sz toiletries coffee maker in room.

It would be nice if the grass was cut so that we can walk up the the water and enjoy sitting by the water.
