We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United StatesI knew it did not have coffee maker, fridge or microwave but was not expecting no hair dryer or no ironing board. Maybe they would supply at front desk if asked. VERY BARE BONE FACILITY. Place to lay your head on a comfortable bed. Pay for parking. Front desk very pleasant.
