Had to go to the Monopol hotel for breakfast which meant going out of the hotel and a short walk to other hotel. Also checking in was at the other Hotel as well and quite a wait.

Suited me as a solo traveler. My room was suitable for me . The location close to the train station suited me.

Very small bathroom. Extremely noisy at night in road, had to close windows and definitely more quiet, but then became quite warm in room and only a thick doona . No lights on bedside tables and tables very small. Just enough room to put cases on floor. Little fridge would have been great. No concierge at all, appears all went to sister hotel down the road. Tiny elevator!

Very accessible to everything in the city. Old heritage building and was lovely.small balcony. No small fridge which would have been good. Bed comfortable.smaller room . Breakfast down the road at sister hotel.no air conditioning, had to open door/ windows.

Property was just fine. Right in center of town. There was NO PARKING. Nearest spot cost around CHF 50. Would recommend not bringing car. We parked at an ice rink which was 25 minutes walking.

Initially we were given a room that did not correspond to the images that were associated with that specific room type. The photos are those of renovated rooms, and we got a old room with 2 sinks on the wall in front of the bed and a very tiny toilet which I practically hardly fit in. We shared this concern at the desk and we were given a even smaller room with the same layout, and only after explaining a second time, we were given a room with a normal size toilet with the sink inside. Please be aware that the photos do not correspond to all of the rooms.

It was very central and right next to the train station, and the staff was friendly.

Nice, big, modern, spacious room. The bed was large and very comfortable. The bathroom was well appointed but the shower cabin on the small side. Everything spotlessly clean. Very close to the train station. My room was on the street side and I could hear some of the nightlife noise but the double glazing windows did a good job of keeping most of it from disturbing my sleep.

One of the room we stayed can hear loud music from next building. The hotel provided ear plugs but can still hear the music in middle of the night.

We booked 4 rooms and requested to be close to each other, they don’t have connecting room but we were all at the other side of rooms together, and there are a lounge area so we can buy some take away food and eat together, location very close to the train so it was so convenient to stay there. 👍🏻

The triple room 2551 has a beautiful mountain view and it’s very close to Lucerne Main Train Station, convenient to commute from downtown to other parts of the towns. Highly recommended

The lobby area always smelled of fried food, and the free wifi sign-in by email address kept disconnecting every few minutes.

The room was super clean, well equipped and very quiet. The wifi sign-in by phone number was stable and worked well.

Closed to Luzern train station and easily assessable to nearby attractions such as chapel bridge, lion monument, and shopping streets. Chapel bridge was stunning when dark falls.

Hotel near Luzern’s Train Station and furnitures in the room were great quality but size of the room a bit cramped for 4 Adults. We also appreciate they have facilities for us to leave luggages before check-in time.

There was a Nespresso machine in the room, and a large bottle of ‘spring water’ was topped up everyday. Toilet was clean and reasonably spacious. Room cleaning was very thorough.
