Dinner service.

The property is beautiful and the staff except for the restaurant wait staff was superb. The breakfast was good however dinner was overpriced and incredibly disappointing. The owner was incredibly gracious and made himself available. If they could fix their wait staff and get a new chef this would truly be a 4 star hotel in the finest sense of the word.

Woud have like to make coffee in the room or to have complimentary water would have been great being a 4* hotel

Very comfortable room which was amended when staff had forgotten request for twin room for myself and friend. We were then upgraded to a balcony room with a superb view of lake maggiore and the mountainside. Could have sat there all day & night! Continental breakfast was very good with plentiful coffee etc, and hot options from the buffet also, plenty of choice.

Infrastructure is very old and the look and feel in the hotel is very special...

Very nice located. Quick check-in. Coordination of luggage worked well. We got a very good price and based on this our overall experience was ok.

Parking was busy and difficult, but we did manage to create a spot. One staff member at breakfast was unfriendly on a daily basis and always looked annoyed with all guests requests.

Hotel was lovely, staff were helpful, rooms were large and balconies were large. A male staff member at the front desk was extremely kind and helpful in locating our missing luggage at the airport and organized to have it delivered to the hotel. Very grateful to him for all he did for us.

Waiting staff completely different to check in staff, very rude with everything a problem, made to feel very unwelcome, certainly wouldn’t advise using their restaurant, so much so we got up and left before even ordering any food and went into town.

Great hotel, nice location out of the hustle & bustle. Quiet & comfy room with good facilities. Check in staff very welcoming and helpful. Secure parking easy and plenty of space.

The only thing we didn’t like is the spacing between the rails on the terrace. Toddlers could easily pass through it and fall, thus requiring constant attention.

Our stay was pretty great! Our kids loved the swimming pool and the greenery. The breakfast was tasty and of good quality, albeit repetitive.

The beds were a bit too soft for my taste, but that’s a matter of personal preference. Also, the swimming pool closed around 7 PM, although it was listed as open until 8 PM on Booking.com.

We received a complimentary room upgrade with an amazing view of the lake, mountains, and swimming pool. The staff were very kind and helpful. Breakfast was delicious, and the swimming pool offered a fantastic view.

Nothing. However, we asked for a Shiatzu massage but it was not available during our stay 🤷‍♀️.

The Hotel is very nice with a beautiful view. Breakfast is very rich and delicious, and there is a special meal gluten-free. We also had dinner and the food was very good and personal very gentle and professional!

No kettle in the room, shower curtain too short so useless, smoking allowed in all outside areas, breakfast below average, bed too soft.

Very beautiful and quiet garden and pool area, heated pool, newly renovated single room, small but enough space for one, friendly staff, free transfer too Locarno Centrale!
