During the power cutoff because of the snowstorms in Zermatt, they welcome us to use the hotel facilities (we stay in the apartment), help to comfort us.

AustraliaLocation was excellent and check in at Alpen Resort and Spa easy and staff helpful. The property is just a short walk from there. The apartment is spacious and kitchen facilities great. The balcony is a bonus. The apartment is dated but very clean. Recommend highly for a stay in Zermatt. Very close to the train station and there is a supermarket on the next corner.

AustraliaWe needed to go to a different location to check in. We lugged our suitcases to La Perle to read a message on the door to go to the other place. It wasn't too far away but was a little confusing and we didn't have prior warning.
The apartment was very roomy with separate good sizes bedroom, separate lounge and a kitchen filled with multiple plates, glasses and utensils. The bathroom was also roomy with good quality soaps, lotion etc. The bed was comfortable. It was great to have somewhere to sit instead of just on the bed. It's the most comfortable apartment we have been in on our trip so far and it’s a shame we were only there for one night. Great location in Zermatt, about 500 metres from the station and not too hilly to get there.

I loved the location of La Perle Apartments. It was walking distance to everything I needed during my stay. 8 minutes to train station. 6 minutes to the grocery store. 6 minutes to EBus stop to get to various ski lift stations. The apartment was very large and comfortable. Access was also very easy and secure. Having a microwave, refrigerator, and kitchenette was an added bonus.

SwitzerlandAppliances are too simple, there is no oven. Only 1 pot. Beds/matresses and pillows were ok but not that great. It was very clean but because furniture ans carpet are old it felt less clean.
La Perle is a nice studio but with most of the services from an hotel ; we felt like we were alsmost in a hotel room. The access to the spa (even with a small fee) makes all the diference ! It is well situated close to the station, the city center and Sunnegga.

Location. Balcony. The fold out beds. Decorating was adorable. Kitchen was good. We enjoyed all the amenities. We discovered how to access English on the TV and we connected to Netflix using my mobile phone. That was definitely nice. The staff at the parking lot and hotel made sure we were taken care of. The room was very clean and spacious, nice views. Elevator was available on the building. 8-10 minute walk from the main station, but it was manageable for me. Had all the amenities like cups, cooking supplies, microwaves, dish soap and sponge - very good if you’re planning to stay for a while. Bathroom was very clean.
