There should be a little sign in the room by the button on the wall that opens the electronic shades. It’s not obvious where that button is located. The hotel is sort of out of the way, on a strip with other budget hotels but that’s why it’s cheaper.

The staff was friendly, and helpful. It was a good value. If you wanted to stay at the Radisson Blu at the airport, it was $50 to $100 more, depending on when you book. This property, however, was fine and it had a shuttle bus from the airport. The train was just a 10 minute walk. They supplied my favorite tea (Earl Gray) in the room. And the windows were nice and big and could open fully if you want fresh air. The decor was nice too.

Some of the reception staff were rude and racist. Local staff was excellent and very co-operative.

Hotel is located close to the train station so pretty easy to get around. Nice size room. Liked that the hotel has a free shuttle from the airport to the hotel (but take note that the shuttle from the hotel to the airport is not free).

10 Franc per person to airport on hotel shuttle, a bit much. There were two of us, so we got Uber for 14 Franc.

About 12min walk from Rumlang train station to hotel. Close to airport.

I did not like that the shower was not part of the washroom, but stuck out into the room. It did not make it private, especially if you were sharing the room with another person.

The location was perfect for having the shuttle take you from the airport to the hotel. There was a McDonald’s attached to the hotel, so that was convenient for a snack and breakfast. There were no other restaurants in the vicinity of the hotel. There was a very nice bakery and Cafe across the street from the hotel. It was also close to a grocery store and Plaza with some stores. There were very good and long walking trails behind the hotel beside the river. I enjoyed staying at this hotel.

The parking is with MacDonald’s , during the day you can park it but over night parking at the basement of the hotel is charging 31CHF .

Close to the airport , close by there is a coop supermarket and also subway restaurant! The best part is the hotel lobby has a macdonald’!

The room design in general. It has curvilinear walls. The room is very small, shower smaller. They don't show this in pictures which kind of throws off the whole experience of staying at a Radisson hotel.

The staff was courteous. And loction is right across a bus stop where bus runs hourly to take to airport or city centre. It is good only if you have to stay near the airport for a night or at max 2 . mcD and grocery in same complex.

Unable to cool the room down. Central heating is too hot. Although there should've been a hotel bus from the airport, it didn't show up, forcing me to take a CHF30 taxi.

Does the job for an airport hotel. Very good value for money. Spacious room and comfortable bed.

Cleanliness can improve. We were surpirsed that we needed to pay for the shuttle bus on the way to the airport. It wasn't mentioned on their website that the shuttle service is free of charge only on the way from the airport to the hotel.

The bed was very comfortable. The check-in porcess went very smoothly.
