The view was perfect. The room was top luxury with bed and all goodies offered. The staff were friendly and helpful.

I found the outdoor pool pretty underwhelming and it’s facing a building under construction. I’d say prices are a bit high for the value you get but I’m satisfied.

Super clean, cute decor, very good location (9 mins from the train and busy street). Beautiful views from the corner room. The food at the Grill restaurant is amazing. Breakfast was delicious as well. I forgot my shoes at my room and sent an email to the team, who were very kind to keep it and we agreed to arrange delivery soon.

Where do I even begin? Truly an unforgettable experience that I will cherish forever. Just go ahead and book it because you absolutely will not regret it. If there's one regret that I have, it's only staying for 1 night.

This hotel exceeded all expectations — truly exceptional in every way. The service was outstanding, with every member of staff going above and beyond to make us feel welcome; nothing was ever too much trouble. The breakfast was fantastic, offering a wide variety of fresh, high-quality, and delicious options. Returning from skiing each day to a thoughtful little surprise was such a lovely and memorable touch. The spa was the perfect way to unwind and really completed the experience. The entire hotel was spotless and beautifully maintained. Without a doubt, this was a five-star stay from start to finish!

The first time I felt what my money bought me: the service level was exceptional, the room looked fancy, breakfast was great with real champagne on offer, the view from the pool (and some rooms) to Matterhorn were exceptional

Trying to think but honestly the place is flawless.

Beausite Zermatt is simply amazing! We had a fantastic family holiday here, and it truly exceeded all expectations. The hotel itself is beautiful, with top-notch facilities that make for a truly luxurious stay. The spa is exceptional—one of the best I’ve experienced, perfect for unwinding after a day in the mountains. I’ve been to Zermatt several times, and this is by far the best place I’ve stayed. The service is warm and welcoming, and every detail is thoughtfully taken care of. The Grill restaurant is also a highlight—delicious food in a great setting. Yes, it’s expensive, but given that Zermatt is pricey in general, the cost isn’t totally crazy. Of course, the same experience in Asia would be much cheaper, but welcome to Switzerland—*c’est la Suisse, bébé!* If you’re visiting Zermatt, stay here. You won’t regret it!
