Real Bookers. Real stays. Real opinions.
Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

NetherlandsStaff at the desk is rude and can’t speak English. Elevators take a long time. Desk wanted $100 as a deposit, when I said I didn’t have $100 cash, they wanted 300 元, when I said it was a bit strange to ask different deposit prices, they let it for what it was. It was just strange because they had my credit card info already. Also took a long time to make a simple copy of passports. Told us to come back tomorrow for the documents, ended up waiting about 20-30 minutes for the copy’s. Also: rooms don’t look like the photo’s, it’s very outdated. But what can you expect for the price, right?

China1) swimming pool since 2pm doesn’t have sun because of the buildings around. 2) also breakfast is not so good, variety is pour and every day it’s almost the same Chinese food. what I ate every day it’s noodles, sausages and toast. fruits are not so good, just orange or watermelon or melon.
first of all it’s super good location, you can go anywhere you want. I love the view from the room, and every day they organize cleaning service, in the room it’s so clean. the bed sheets are white and clean. shower is good.

ChinaLoud, both from outside and inside the hotel. We were woken one night at 2am because of a screaming fight in the hall. It took more than 20 minutes for staff to come, and the person who came was timid and didn’t wasn’t efficient at quieting the fight — more timid than authoritative. The breakfast buffet wasn’t expensive (30RMB), but the hot food was cold there was almost no fresh fruit, only a iceberg lettuce salad for fresh food.
It was clean and the cleaning staff was very friendly. Also a great location for the price.

ChinaThe pool was closed. Holiday week and it's closed? That was terrible. No excuse. I don't want to hear it was because of the pandemic. Old excuse and not applicable.
The location was really good. Not far from the beach and restaurants. Shopping was also nearby.

GermanyMany things I don’t like. The hotel needs at least two times more elevators. The logistic program is very bad. The elevator is running from low level to the top and back independent of your wish. For several floors it kid easier to use dyers. The receptionists are very angry on visitors and don’t know any other foreign language except the Chinese. They are cheating with deposits and don’ return it after checkout. The breakfast is very bad. Not enough food, a long queue for some dishes, desert, porridge. It is a difficult to find a free table. A strange ventilation system distributing the cooking smell through living rooms. So that the price is not adequate to the level of service.
The only location 5 min to the sea is very good. Cleaning ladies know own deal good.

FranceBreakfast could have been more diversified. No one speaks English in the staff. 3 elevators but about 10 mins each time to move around because olds. Misleading pictures : no private beach / no restaurant with view / no private balcony. No door to separate the room from the bathroom.
The location was perfect, 3 mins from the beach and all the shops needed around it. Possibility to ask for a late check out by paying 15 euros.

Russia1)everything is old and creaks, but we booked high deluxe with a city view (breakfast included) in the 5 stars hotel 2)there was a salamander in the room 3)the room is dirty, we were feeling the same sand on the floor every day. Cliner just came to give us 2 bottles of water and to make a bed. 4)we drank tea the next day we came, the cleaner weren't touching the cup for 2 days, then I put the cup on the table where she put water. But she didn't clean it, she just covered the cup with a lid and put it back. It got mold eventually. I opened a cup again, and after a day she finally cleaned, but very bad. 5)there is mold in the bathroom 6) breakfast is disgusting 🤢 everything is so cheap that even my cat eats food much more expensive, no meat at all. There were sausages, which were made without meat. 7)no balcony, but it says there is. Especially in deluxe room 8)staff doesn't speak english at all, instead they give you a translator (Russian - Chinese) when you say in English again, they don't understand why is doesn't translate and ask you to repeat. 9)the pool is 5/10. 10)big dirty window. 11)cleaner just ignores towels in the room, don't even fold them back
We liked only the location, because the hotel located in the heart of many parks, to which is very convenient to get from that location.

CanadaIt’s definitely not a 5 star hotel experience. The hotel building and room hasn’t seen renovations in a long time. There are limited number of elevators for such a tall building around 30 storeys. Lobby is located on floor 6, so it was always challenging to get there easily and quickly. On top of that, 2 out of 4 elevators were broken during my one night stay. The reception doesn’t speak English or Russian, the hotel guide (translator) wasn’t there at the moment of check in to ask the questions. The room was quite old, didn’t have soap unfortunately. The windows in the room are quite old and don’t provide noise isolation.
Great location, close to the groceries, small stores, and walking distance to the beach. It was quite cheap in comparison to the similar hotels in area.
