Water pressure in the shower was very poor and difficult to get the hot water working at times.

I have stayed here several times before and the room was very nice this time around, remodelled, hot tub and bathroom very nice, staff very friendly and helpful. Good Colombian breakfast.

The stairs are small, the handrails are rusty and loose, which I think is dangerous for people with walking difficulties. The pool was dirty, it looked untidy, and the tiles outside were dirty. The restaurant has few options in the buffet. It is always the same for breakfast.

The room was very large, its decoration was very nice and cozy.

Very friendly and accommodating staff. They were willing to hold luggage for us when we arrived earlier than expected from our flight and even allowed us to check into our room an hour early! The pool area on top of the building was really nice and the breakfast served was delicious. The location was excellent and the places nearby to eat and visit are worth the stay there alone, but the service, cleanliness, and willingness to accommodate put this Hotel above most, if not all, others in the area. Would 10/10 return again in the future and recommend to friends and family.

The lock box did not work and had to call the staff twice to open it. The AC control probably needed the baterries changed out. Also the body soap container was empty so they didnt check it out before i checked in to make sure it was full.

Property was clean. The suite was a good size with a nice balcony. The bed and bedding was comfortable. Located in an area with plenty of resturante.

for a 4 star hotel the room was very 2 star! The loud music in the swimming pool area at 9am in the morning. At that time I want to relax by the pool not party!

The location is superb. Breakfast good and the swimming pool area nice, though the music doesn't have to be that loud at 9am in the morning IMO! it's not meant to be a party hotel!

Music was played by the pool, slightly loud. More importantly I saw people on the phone or working laptops move to downstairs as it was distracting, which might loose sales. This is a very minor observation. Made to be helpful. For information, clients should note toilet products toothpaste/brush come with a charge are not free, so don't be impulsive.

The staff at reception helped with very early arrival. Offered breakfast to help at very reasonable price. Restaurant staff kind and helpful, substantial, lots of choice. We speak poor/little spainish. Pool was helpful for my wife, small, clean but functional. Comfortable bed.

The noise from the clubs that surround it

The hotel is beautiful, you get an apartment with kitchen, fridge, washing machine and space to dry your clothes but unfortunately the area where it is it’s super noisy and the party spots continue well into 2am. It’s not the hotels fault and if you get an internal room, you might not hear as much noise. It has a gym and pool at a beautiful rooftop and the breakfast was great buffet style and they make u the eggs however you want.
