Noisy indeed with the party just next door

No internal sound proofing. They did whatever is possible to isolate the outside, but I could hear noise from other rooms, and got woken up by an idiot neighbour at 6am who had a genius idea to talk to someone on the phone whilst waiting for a lift right outside my door. I am not a light sleeper so a) he must have been loud b) walls are paper thin.

It was a busy location and I would prefer to be quieter but that’s personal preference. For breakfast, I didn’t like choosing food from the menu. I end up ordering and being charge for second order. (I had a very small fruit bowl and pre ordered a croissant that I was asked to pay for). So it’s just a heads up. Overall I would still return to the hotel.

The hotel is very modern and has a lovely terrace downstairs. The room is big enough, with comfortable bed, really nice shower and I had a lovely view from the window. Despite the noise from the clubs outside I was able to sleep just fine thanks to the white noise machine in the room.

You can hear the neighbors and staff in the hallway. Everything they're saying or discussing or doing. The smell of the breakfast also goes all the way in the ventilation somehow. Standard security at the lobby would make a more secured environment with less chance of incidents. The shower is a little bit small.

Check in was easy and convenient. They are very upfront of being in a loud bar area. (you should know this already prior to booking and reading reviews). If going out and eating at restaurants is your thing, this is it! The hotel is clean and modern. The breakfast was really good and is served till 12. Staff was willing to help and brought up ice and water quick. Location is great.

The only downside was that the area was very loud at night.

The rooms are nice and clean, and the staff is friendly. The breakfast was average—I didn’t really love it, but having coffee in the room every day was a nice plus. The area is very safe.

The bars around the hotel make it hard to sleep at night if you're a light sleeper. We had ear plugs and a noise machine provided to us upon arrival. Also, some of the streets around the hotel are not the safest at night. Hanging out in the well-lit streets just behind the hotel isn't a problem.

Read the negative comments! If you don't want noise at night this is now the place to be. For everything else? Great location, breakfast, cleanliness, staff was friendly... They even cleaned every day!

Location, it is right amongst all the bars and restaurants in El Poblado, bear this in mind if you want to go to bed early though, the music goes well into the night

No washer & dryer, additional charges for subsequent guest, heating/ac unit was not user friendly, making it difficult to adjust to a comfortable temperature, standard room is small..

I wish I had researched more on the location. It was in between 2 clubs, so the party does not end until 2am.

The staff are the best . Everyone was very helpful- conceirge, kitchen staff and housekeeping.

The room was smaller than the pictures shows, my husband is a tall men and he keep bumping into the tv on the wall. the bed and the tv were in a tight space even for me e very small woman. But in general the place is nice and the breakfast was very good.

You can hear the music until late hours but was ok to sleep.

Location is amazing, right in the middle of the area with bars and restaurants. Hot tub in the room was amazing! Rooms large compared to most other hotels in Medellin.

We did not like noise, but first of all I need to say that in the description of the hotel it is written that they are in the noisy neighborhood. Additionally, they provide you with the device where you can play white noise music, as well with the ear plugs, do they did everything to make your stay as comfortable as possible. I would say that it is noisy but not as I was expected.

We liked the staff, they were really professional and ready to help at any time. Location was good since it is in the middle of nightlife, but that can be minus too, depends on what are you looking for. Anyhow, the hotel is surrounded with bunch of different restaurants and coffee shops.
