Pretty huge place but the elevators where always quick, nice rooftop Jacuzzi with view over the city, overall very clean. Nice staff

Absolutely nothing!

I absolutely loved every day of my stay at Masaya! The staff was very welcoming and the room very well equipped. My absolute highlight was the included breakfast which was absolutely amazing! I was looking forward to it every morning! The free activities such as cooking classes, yoga, and dancing classes are also such a great benefit!

AMAZING PROPERTY! The roof top is amazing, beautiful 360 views Has a great pool, a huge bet you can chill on and a hot tub ( water was gross but the views were killer) The beds were very comfortable and the location were quite convenient! 10/10 highly recommend hostel or private room Staff was amazing and very informative

It has no hostel atmosphere anymore more like a hotel also because of many outside guests on the rooftop

The lockers are loud when they are shut. Adding some foam pads to them could help.

The colors. There were a lot of common spaces. The additional bathrooms on the 1st and 8th floors were nice. I liked the fans in the bunk because they create a white noise and keep you cool.

It feels more like a hotel, not a hostel, no one really coming together at the bar or in the common rooms as far as I could tell, for that go to a place like Viajeros. No AC in the dorm room (might have been me who overlooked it) and it got warm at times. You do have a LOUD fan in your little cocoon, which helps, but again, is LOUD. Lot of people from outside the hostel come to the bar and it might get really crowded.

Great place in a great and safe area. Beautiful rooftop with bar, swimming pool, jacuzzi and amazing views. Very clean and great amount of amenities everywhere. Staff is wonderful, really lovely people.

Clean and fancy. Pool and Bar on the rooftop are incredible, view and vibe are very recommendable. Breakfast was also deliciousand everybody was helpful.

Pretty nice and hip Hostel. Terrace a d Drinks we're good. We've been there at the Weekend and or was pretty silent. The staff was friendly and the breakfast good.

Roof bar close after 10 pm. You can not use this area and roof kitchen after 10pm. There is no avaliable hot water or coffee after the 10 pm
