The property is at a great location, near to the Hauptbahnhof station. Travelling became easy! the location is also well connected to the Berlin Wall and Brandenburg Gate. The room was cosy with requisite amenities. Lovely experience!

I liked being able to park in front of the hotel. I also loved the bathroom, which had a big tub. The room itself was very nice. And it was convenient to just go downstairs for a nice dinner. The breakfast was great!

It was surprising to find such a gem of a place in this little town in the middle of nowhere in the black forest. The place was packed. The restaurant had a creative menu and the service was exceptional. Amazing!

I loved the room, with a nice view of the back yard, with windows that could open so I could hear the birds singing. The bed was comfy! The location is nice, and I loved the town itself.

I need to always check about stairs, as I was upstairs. Personally, I also have difficulty with any locking mechanisms, and did with this room too. But that's my own problem, and universal at every place I stay, so nothing against this hotel. There are tricks to the lights. You have to put the key card in a little slot, and then the lights work. Other than that, this is a great place to stay, once I figured all this out.

Rooms were comfy, the bathroom was very modern and clean. Plenty of parking in the garage. Delicious and various breakfast options.

They didn't have our reservation although they wrote us threw booking weeks before our arrival, so we had to wait 20min on the reception upon our arrival. The staff weren't very helpfull and quite rude. When we parked the car in the garage we heard mice in the sewage system and the garage wasn't free, although we were staying in their hotel. The breakfast area is small and was occupied when we wanted to dine. We had to wait 15min for the first free table.

We were very thirsty after our bike trip and the host provided us with cold drinks, did not even charge for it.

We had hoped that the place would still serve dinner. It seems the hotel has stopped serving dinner altogether - in spite of having a big kitchen.
