The location was superb for both dining and enjoying the beach. There was plenty of room in the apartment. The kitchen was functional and had the basics. There was air conditioning in the bedroom which helped with sleep. The host was friendly and very easy to communicate with. I was happy to be able to extend a day.

Only a couple things could have improved. Although the AC was great in the bedroom, there was no AC in the kitchen or sitting/dining area and those became rather warm even with the fans provided. Also, the sheets and bedding were old and uncomfortable and there were no extras to exchange them with. I ended up sleeping on top of the bed with my beach blanket which was not ideal but better than the bedding.

Overall, I don’t feel like I got what I paid for. They didn’t change the towels during our four-night stay. There was no soap for washing your hands, and they only provided shampoo in small paper bags. There were only four of these and they didn’t bring any more, even though they had all been used up by the end of the first night. They also didn’t provide any new toilet paper. When you close the bathroom door, it makes a very loud noise. The first time it happened, I was so scared that I thought the mirror had broken. The facilities could do with some renovation.

The hotel is positioned close to metro station. Rooms are spacious and clean.

The shower is too exposed if sharing a room with someone. There was a large gap between the main bedroom door when closed and light from the hallway shone in. As does noise from housekeeping. The rooftop is nice but trying to get served a drink is almost impossible as there's only one person who isn't always there. It's a missed opportunity by not having more staff serving a full rooftop. You also can't order food at the rooftop, only room service to your room. The hotel was quite expensive so I would have expected a little better service on this front. There are no irons in room and the one provided from reception had burn marks on the plate.
