1.Location near Vivacity Megamall (not really walking distance) 2.The house is clean 3.Have 3 bedrooms, quite enough for those who are travelling in groups of 5-7 people 4.Have a washing machine and laundry area

1.The beds in the 2nd room (the one that got 2 queen beds) were really hard 2.The iron board was so fragile and easily broken 3.The windows above the sink area could be covered with a small curtain.

Hope the owner can provide 1. Tissue 2. Bigger dustbin than a dustbin just like in office. 3. Provide at least small stove for cooking for those who need to save budget in meals.

Management slow cause i arrive around 3pm to checkin he not enough to settle my property i checkin the living room floor is still wet. The fridge is not cold, the bed is broken, the toilet floor is slippery, there is not enough fan.

I messaged host weeks before, didnt reply. The pipe leak was terrible. Worst is the pool was under maintenance, if it isnt i would give better ratings. May be booking.com should make it compulsory for host to inform in the ads if any major facility is unavailable.

The hotel was in a prime location, close to all the major attractions. The hotel rooms are very clean, large and comfortable. I like the hotel's swimming pool the most. The view of the city from the swimming pool is very nice. definitely I come again.
