BrazilThe sand around the pool, but I bet it bothered more the pool staff than us. Because it would get inside the pool and they had to clean it every day. I hope they are really well paid, because they deserve it.
I loved the view of the ocean, the pool finishing with the ocean view, the decoration, the spacious room, the bed, the food too!!! The location was perfect: close to the colorful buildings, the bridge and the shops, but not too close. The rooms also had a great acustic, so even if there was music outiside, it didn't bother us.

BrazilHowever, it is important to note that the noise at night is very loud and makes it very difficult to sleep. One night, in the early hours of the morning, for about an hour, there was an unbelievable noise that sounded like building renovationat 1am or people breaking things (I couldn't figure it out).
The inn is lovely, with a beautiful view and excellent service (from the reception to the restaurant).

The hotel staff communicated with us and make the stay pleasant. The location was within walking distance to restaurants and Otrobanda. The sea was in the back of the hotel, swimming pool with cold drinks when you need it. Room was big AC worked.

United StatesThe cleaning wasn’t as good as I expected, besides the dead cockroach inside the dishes under the sink there was a weird smell near the bathroom. They don’t let you bring your own food and drinks to the pool what doesn’t make any sense if you are a guest at the hotel.
The room is quite big, which is nice. Shower is good as well as the bed. The hotel itself is beautiful and well located, walkable distance from the center and many restaurant options around. Nice pool place. They give you ice in the bar to take to the beach!

Location was amazing, close to various restaurants and the city. The hotel is a hot spot for lots of activities and events so there was always a party or event happening. Additionally the hotel itself is modern , aesthetically pleasing and overall picture worthy.

United StatesA few very minor things would boost this property to a 5 Star resort, such as robes, slippers, and finer toiletries, but it is definitely a solid 4 star. It was a bit more expensive than expected, but not too bad.
The location was perfect, walking distance to Willemstad and many excellent bars and restaurants. The facilities were very clean and well-maintained, we saw people constantly cleaning. The staff and owners were so very kind and friendly, very welcoming and you could tell they really wanted to ensure we were enjoying our stay. The property had everything you could want. Love this place!

Colombia-Our shower leaked, we asked for help and although the front desk said they would send someone to check it out, we're not sure that that visit happened because the leak was not fixed during our stay :( -The couch on our balcony was a bit dirty and even had a small spiderweb on one of its corners, but we enjoyed it very much, as it was a quick, superficial clean and we did it by ourselves, no biggie
-The VIEW from the oceanfront rooms is AMAZING!!! It exceeded our expectations. -Breakfast options are awesome, be sure to try the Saint Tropex signature option...it's great! -All the area of the pool is just A MA ZING. The staff, the bartenders, the pool itself, the cabanas, etc. P.S. Sem was a great host at the pool area as Alice was very kind at the front desk. -Be sure to try the hotel's Awa Lamunchi!!!
