Its a good relaxing resort with a water park, kids love it. The beach wasnt a sand beach - although you can go to the coral beach which is a sand beach and is good for young and old.

The traditional breakfast buffet, everything available but costs cut wherever possible so pre cooked eggs, cheap sausages etc. would not recommend all inclusive (which we weren’t) as there are so many places to go nearby and the spirits, wine etc all very cheap brands.

attention to detail needed in finish of bathroom and room door had quite a big gap at the bottom, road down to hotel is quite bumpy - be cautious of this if driving to and from the hotel Other than that - it is a great hotel for couples and families.

Location Views Room size, layout Friendly and helpful Staff Food was great for what we needed. (we had breakfast and lunch most days and ate out locally on the evenings) We received a complimentary room upgrade to sea view.

Food, location of hotel with it being at the bottom of a hill, no beach close by 30 min walk. Price of drinks €4.50 for house beer draft (Keo)

Lack of staff and service. Was 14:10 and I was told that our room wasn't ready for the next hour. Also I've been told to pay for the rooms, thing that I already did weeks ago.

Has nice swimming pools, water slides and for the kids also. The buffet was amazing, excellent quality and quantity of food and beverages. Snacks by the pool also available.

Despite the hotel's age, the rooms have been renovated and maintained in a clean condition. The water park provided adequate facilities for children's play, and the view from the hotel was magnificent. Family friendly hotel.

One of the worst stays I’ve had in a long time. This place doesn’t know if it’s a nightclub, family resort or late night BINGO stage. Every night we were kept awake till 11pm by the loud noise, singing, screaming or Bingo (listen to the attached video from our room). When we called reception they hung up on us. To top it off, our hot water also didn’t work. We are a young couple who usually don’t mind a good atmosphere, but this was horrible.

The hotel was a 4 star, before it's refurbishment, it was a 3 star and should still be a 2.5 or 3 star. Food buffet area for the amount of holiday makers was too small, not enough sunbeds and eating area was more like a truck stop and not what a 4 star should be like.

Thw best thing was the out door pool facilities.

the cleanliness of the hotel and lack of cleaning of the room. room was cleaned the first day we got there then the penultimate day before we left (especially if you cant put toilet paper in the loo). needs a cleaner to be walking around the hotel clearing up other peoples mess (albeit other guests shouldn't leave their mess everywhere). Entertainment was average at best. All meals were very poor and whilst we were all inclusive we opted to eat out in the end. "Sea View".. was the back of the water slides...

the location is good, very stoney beach and limited access to the sea. The front desk staff were happy to help but didn't follow up on enquires (extra chair for the room as there were 3 people not 2 as an example) the staff didn't seem overly happy in general

Staff was completely unexperienced. Lack of basic english. Food was at its best horrible. No effort by management to offer better service. Way too expensive for the offering.

Although the check in was at 14:00 we got our room at 17:00!! The receptionists didn`t seemed to know how to handle the crowed and everyone were ungry . Plus the food was limited; we ordered fast food to eat since we never found somthing when we went to the dinning room.

We didn't like the food for lunch and the food at night. Poor quality of food and not tasty. No Parking for the car, the parking under the building was like a tunel and dark.

We like the Water Park and the Swimming Pool. The room was quite good.
