Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

NetherlandsNot a con but in my opinion it is more for families than a couple or a group of adults.
We were a group of 13, 5 of them kids and this was perfect for us. The rooms directly on the pool are great and we had a lot of fun. The stuff is helpful and amazing.

United Kingdomgym requested we used our own towels from the room (bit weird) -running machines very dusty and not entirely clean - they ran out of paper towels when I was there, unable to clean running machine, adding to the issue of hygiene already encountered.
very friendly staff -easy check in/check out and very comfortable rooms. lovely beach, nice shaded areas - relaxed surroundings - well certainly return!

GuernseyThere was no see swimming possible at the resort because of the rocks which were plentiful and sharp. I cut my leg trying to out far enough to swim properly. It was just not possible. We walked along the path to Ayia Napa which took about an hour and once there, a swimming beach was available. The port is very pretty and the coastline along the path is beautiful. Ayia Napa was a 5 minute bus ride away and the fare was a couple of euros. Buses go from the hotel location to the nearest beach every 15 mins. Protares is 10 mins taxi ride away and beaches are there too.
Big resort but actually quite compact. Lots of pools around. Green hedges provided privacy in each little group. Food was excellent especially the lunch buffet.

Romaniathere wasn’t any heated outdoor pool, not even for small children, which would have been a nice addition. Also, the lunch and dinner options were a bit limited — at 3 PM, there was only one restaurant open serving burgers/fastfood, which felt a bit restrictive for all inclusive options. But honestly, these are just small details. Overall, everything was fantastic, and despite these minor points, we were very happy with our stay. The apartment was comfortable, the location was great, and the service was excellent.
I had a wonderful experience at this property, and despite a couple of minor things, it definitely deserves a 10/10! The staff was friendly, which we appreciated. The apartment was clean, cozy, and fully equipped with everything we needed.

United KingdomWe have just returned from a short 4 day getaway, absolutely amazing place to stay! Excellent staff, polite, friendly and helpful. We were upgraded to a swim up bungalow on arrival, no idea why but a serious bonus! If you're looking for an escape that doesn't feel like you're cooped up in a hotel, this holiday village is what you need!

United KingdomThis is no fault of the hotel but it was a shame to see a lot of plastic in the sea / washed up. Perhaps some signs to encourage people to throw their litter away.
Everything was so clean, accessible and welcoming. We loved our stay.

CyprusAmazing resort, very clean and beautiful views. Staff were very helpful. We want to give extra credit to Chef Charis that arranged a wonderful vegan barbecue at the Barbecue restaurant with great views. It felt like we were on a tropical island! The waterpark was really nice and my daughter loved it, as well the mini disco at nights!

AustraliaOur room location wasn't very good. We were up the top where all the cleaners and staff hung out on their breaks, also across from the chemicals storage. Our room looked straight onto another room, no nice views of gardens or ocean. The chairs on our balcony were coming apart and rubbish in the garden outside our room, the rest of the gardens were amazing, we just received a bad location :( The food in the Cypriot restaurant was so bad! My father is Cypriot so I know what good Cypriot food should taste like. One of the lifeguards was rude and over the top.
The location was good, in between Ayia Napa and Protoras but you need a car to go anywhere. On a very quiet, private beach. The gardens around the resort were beautiful and the waterpark was amazing. Everything was very clean and well maintained. Plenty of activites around the resort, aqua aerobics was fun and energetic. Annabelle at the kids club was super lovely. The rooms were clean, modern and spacious.

SerbiaDidn't like the staff on reception(except one bulgarian guy). They were not helpful, any request we made they even made more complicated, they are not working as a team, not communicate between them so for one thing you have to ask them twice or three times, or better avoid asking them for assistance and do it by yourself. From hotel to the airport reception staff “arrange” taxi for us (that was 20min late) that cost us almost double price then from airport to the hotel. *Hotel have weird policy even if you pay all inclusive that they don't provide you bottle of water in your room(except first day) so you can drink for the rest of your stay only their double filtered tap water which will cause you stomach problems. That is a big minus for a five star hotel.
We enjoyed in beach and bungalow houses on the beach. Regular rooms that we were staying at first are too far from restaurants, beach, reception, if you are with kids, try to avoid them.

BulgariaThere are stones in the upfront private beach. So, if you want to go to the beach (and not to the pools) you need to drive for 5-10 minutes.
The staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, always friendly and attentive. There is a variety of dining options within the hotel that cater to all tastes. The kids small aquapark was amazing!

IsraelBreakfast is very standard and repetitive. We visited most of the restaurants in the resort, and were not impressed much by the food.
Our experience was very good overall. Room was great, the staff are very welcoming and helpful. Lot's of activities and stuff to do for a family. The beach is lovely as well.
