We paid for a sea view room but got a partial side sea view. The balcony was nice and the room was clean and spacious! Although the sea views from the hotel are amazing, it is a little bit isolated from other areas so if you have a car it’s okay. The hotel and the facilities were good but it needs a bit of maintenance so it is a bit overpriced for what is claimed to be.

WiFi - if WiFi is important to you, the WiFi is "sketchy" and often drops out. The hotel overcharged me and refused to refund the full amount - claiming currency rates as the reason (Reservations Department).

I booked on a bed and breakfast basis and the selection at breakfast was very good.

We noticed the hotel is starting to look a bit tired and needs updating and redecorating. The breakfast is not as good as it used to be.

We have been to the Capital Coast for more than 10 years. It is a beautiful hotel and a great location. The staff in the restaurant and the room cleaners were very helpful.

Nothing to complain about the hotel. For those who want a sandy beach and sea water, it's good to know that you need to walk about 5-10 minutes to the nearby beach

The rooms are very clean (cleaning is done daily), the towels were changed daily, the room is large, bright, with a superb view of the sea. The breakfast is varied and filling, you always find places at the pool, and I liked the services offered: you can borrow towels for the sunbeds for free and you can charge what you consume at the pool to the room, so you don't need to take your phone or card with you. The staff was always kind and helpful.

There is a spa & relaxation area which I liked, breakfast was good and had a variety to pick from. Location was really good in my opinion, quiet area, on the boardwalk, and in a walking distance from nice pubs and restaurants

The evening meal on our first night was average. Much improved on the second night though. In parts, the building, especially the 'pool area' that was empty of water needs refurbishing and fixing

We enjoyed the pool area and lovely view overlooking the beach and sea. We enjoyed breakfast which offered a good variety of food. Very big and spacious rooms, very quiet at night which led to a comfortable nights' sleep.

The room was clean, spacious and had everything you needed. It was on ground floor, not overlooking pool but still had a little terrace with a table and chairs. Option to upgrade room is available. WiFi included too. Breakfast was excellent - so much variation to choose from. All fresh and tasty. Plenty there to suit everyone. Pool area is lovely and you can access the promenade which is great if you enjoy a walk. You can go either direction, there is a sandy beach so you can swim in the sea too should you wish.

The beds it was too hard like a rock

Everybody were nice. The room is really big. The view was amazing. The pools look nice. Breakfast was fine.

The biggest issue for us was the indoor pool that was cold. April is still too cold for the outdoor pool. We didnt manage to operate the heating in the room and it was cold on some of the days. When food finished at breakfast it wasn't refilled. The building was a bit old, a few power cuts, and fire alarm. We haven't used the hotel restaurant for dinner as there were no vegetarian options. The bus system is not so great you need to take 2 buses to get to the Harbour or shopping mall.

The location near the sea is beautiful and allows for great walks every morning. We also walked to the Harbour, a pleasent 55 minutes walk. The beach of the nearby hotel is just a few minutes walk. The staff was helpful when we needed a doctor and helped arranging that. Breakfast had enough options including healthy options. There are a few restaurants nearby. The rooms are large especially the suits. They also have a small kitchenate, which was useful. We do recommend the hotel.
