The bathroom was a bit smelly and not very clean in the shower area, also couldn't figure out how to get the rainfall shower on. All the other rooms near us had a sun lounger on the patio but we didn't. The mats on the day bed looked a bit mouldy and dirty like they need either a good wash or replacing.

The location was great, near shops, restaurants and the beach. I was happy the property had free parking too. The room we were given was very nice with its own day beds over a pool.

The bathroom could use shelves for toiletries, and the cleanliness of the bed wasn't great. Also, the prices for the breakfast were too high (but they let us have our own breakfast on the premises).

The staff was very friendly and helpful. They followed through immediately on every request we had. We stayed in the room with the entrance to the pool right from our terrace, which made the perfect stay with your kids.

Cleaning should be improved. We were planning to stay there 5 nights and we extended our stay in the same room for an extra night. In these 6 days, the cleaning lady never changed the towels and the bedsheets. I occasionally spotted empty plastic cups in the long swimming pool.

Very good location. Quiet place, close to urban and intercity bus stops, restaurants, minimarkets, etc. Walking distance from several nice, sandy beaches. The room looked renovated. It was quite big and comfortable and had a nice balcony with view to the swimming pool. The hotel has two main swimming pools both of them are great.

The restaurant is not working after 2pm(if I remember correctly). I didn’t like that the cleaning just came in the room and made the bed but actually they cleaned nothing. The sheets were not changed even if it was obviously for changing, the towels as well. I expected that at least one day they will clean but they didn’t. We stayed three nights so it wasn’t a big deal but still this should be done without asking

The hotel, the pool and the room was very nice and modern. Calm neighborhood and the guests were not loud so for this I would recommend

In our room, when you shower the water is leaking below the wall on the other side of the room and we had to put towels in order not the spread across the whole room. The receptionist was not welcoming at all, and I can say rude in a conversation we had.

Property is on a good location. Room had a a nice view on the pool, and the pool was really nice and clean.

Loved the private pool, not many people used the communal pools or areas. Was lucky to book the private pool and have that facility. Room was a nice size with a fridge and hair dryer. Good mirrors and bed size

the property has a pool party sunday afternoons till 10 pm which is hosted at the swim up rooms , so guests invade your balcony and theres a lot of guests , great organisation in clearing the guests promptly at 930 place was empty by 10 pm however the clean up was not fantastic which spoilt the balcony and swim up beds i felt it should have been cleaner and disifected better

Location is great, you can get to city center and Nissi beach by foot, there’s also a bus stop 5 minutes away for further locations. It was very quite, the pool was clean, staff was great.

The staff were not particularly helpful & the cleaning staff were quite rude & not very friendly at all. The general surroundings were quite messy & dirty in some places. Lots of plastic bags blowing around the pool & surrounding areas. This is quite a large site which has been upgraded but they need more staff to keep the whole site clean & tidy. My balcony was filthy & looked like it had not been properly cleaned for some time!!! The glass balcony was filthy & needed a really good clean.

Rooms was newly refurbished, clean & comfortable. Both pools were nice but there are no umbrellas anywhere. The larger round pool only had about 10 mainly broken sun beds under a row of trees which provided shade. However the newer long pool although it looks impressive had no shade at all. This could be rectified by installing parasols on the pool side sun beds.
