Location is perfect- on a beach and close to the city center. We had a room with a sea view and the view was stunning. The room was cleaned every day. The staff was very polite, especially the people who worked in a restaurant.

Although it is forbidden to reserve sunbeds with towels in the morning without going there for long time, some people were doing this and staff didn't care about it. No soundproofing between the room and corridor. There could be also better lights in the room as the interior is also dark.

Excellent location close to restaurants with really nice seaviews. Friendly staff. Good selection of food on the breakfast. It was quiet period so there was always sunbeds available on the pool.

Staff,food, and view from the pool were exceptional. We travelled with baby and got big help from everyone. Amazing experience and will come back for sure!!! The only suggestion i have is to replace the mattress, which could be better...

- Shower was nice but there was no ventilation - Noise coming from the corridor (people talking loud during quiet hours)

Excellent location, personnel very polite and friendly, everything on superlative. The city centre at a couple of minutes walking, with plenty of restaurants and shops. Brakfast was also excellent with tasty and diverse food. Free parking available at the location if you rent a car. It is a really good hotel to enjoy your stay in Cyprus

The best location in Aya Napa. 50 meters from the sea beach, 500 meters from the restaurants and pubs.

All inclusive has no machine coffee and bottle water. Beach chairs are only 10 and half are in shadow from noon and all from 15.00. So if you wish to be at beach you need to use public beach and pay 7.50 per day. No beach bar.

Very nice location in harbor area. Good parking. Food and drinks were okey. Enough space for all around the pool. Only short walk to sea. Very sweet staff at restorant.

We stayied here second time bot honestly the quality of some servicies were better first time such as breakfast ( quality of products were lower). Also, the beach was full off rocks diferent than last year but this is not Okeanos fault (anyway is worth mention). All in all this hotel is top 3 in Ayia Napa!

Okeanos is one of the best hotels in Ayia Napa because of its position, sea view and confortable rooms.

Nice hotel, close to the city centre. The beach is not that good in front of the hotel, but in 200 meters there is a sandy beach. We liked everything.

Great hotel, positioned in a really nice place. The breakfast was really diverse and parts of it were changed daily, no matter your diet you will find something to eat. The rooms with a sea view are mostly pointing to the eastern bay from Ayia Napa marina. The staff was helpful and really polite. There is a gym, spa, sauna and restaurants are close by. The beach is really close, the hotel has a few sunbeds close to the beach but there are a lot of them from Ayia Napa city council which are 2.5 euro a piece (7.5 euro for 2 beds and 1 umbrella), and if you go to the eastern end point of the bay, the beach has no stones and the water is amazing. If you rent a car there is free parking available at the location. It's a really good hotel to enjoy your stay in Cyprus.

The hotel is close to all the good places in Ayia Napa. Very quiet and relaxing. The pool is perfect. 1 min walk to reach the beach. Clean and modern rooms. Staff are very nice. Breakfast buffet is delicious. It was a very good stay at Okeanos Hotel.

People "reserving" sunbeds by the pool with towels, by 8 am there are almost non sunbeds left, it happens everywhere but still

Buffet breakfest always fresh and a lot to choose from. Staff always cheerful and helpful. Rooms are sunny and clean. Perfect for vacation with kids.

The food at the pool restaurant could be better.

Excellent boutique hotel right next to Ayia Napa harbour, very clean and well decorated. There was complimentary bottled water and wine in the room and we were offerred welcoming drinks at check-in. The kindness of the staff definitely stands out. We were also offered a bottle of wine for my husband's birthday which was much appreciated.
