The sauna had to be booked an hour in advance - when we tried to move the time up from when we booked it we were told it wasn't possible (even though we were giving more than an hours notice). There was a lot of work being done to the property while we were there which was quite noisy.

We had a car and it was a great base for exploring, but would be quite far out without transport.

Service at the bar a little poor - (Althouth they did offer us a drink on the house later) Indoor pool didn't look too good and the gym equipment was quite poor.

Room fine. Breakfast was fine - Good location to reach other parts of the coast. The lady from Gambia who looked after us at breakfast was very polite, helpful and keen.

One member of staff very rude. They don’t accept card. You have to walk on a dirt road to get to hotel. Free transfer don’t exist, we had to pay out of pocket on arrival at hotel after waiting 40mins after booking timing and making three phone calls. Told I had to speak with booking.com and even if we did get a free transfer it is only one way. On arrival at hotel told we had no booking and had to wait a half an hour for someone else to arrive to find out if we had a booking and where we would stay.

this resort was an emergency 3 day booking we had to do after our villa was broken into and stole the safe! passports, wallets the lot and could not get home. the staff where kind and helpful seeing my 3 daughters and myself distort. we needed to feel safe.

The location is very far from the city or any main facilities (the nearest bus stop is the last stop in the bus line and it's a 15-minute walk) and the same distance from the nearest beach, supermarket, outside restaurants/bars The room door didn't have any additional locks to ensure safety the normal door latch was faulty and the door didn't close properly most of the time No way to lock the room and postpone room service when not in the hotel The water piping was going inside the room and it was very loud during the night if anyone in the whole building used water The facilities close down at 8 pm which makes no sense if you want to enjoy indoor facilities at night time especially in springtime when you will be mostly outside during the day

1) The apartment was swarmed with mosquitos and sandflies without opening any windows. Even though I managed to kill 8 of them before sleep, I woke up with so many bites and killed 2 more sandflies in the morning. 2) Big glass windows are facing directly pool and sitting area so unless the curtains are closed, there is no privacy but then it's so dark inside. 3) Bad smell inside the apartment, smelled like a dirty rug. After some time you get used to it but everytime you enter the apartment it smells pretty bad.

Location was good since I had a car. Minimarket with basic stuff available next to the hotel reception.

The hotel doesn’t have the most welcoming entrance but once past that the staff were friendly. The room was big and spacious but did not feel homely. The bed was not too comfortable and there could have been extra blankets. The corridors were very echoey so everything that happened, ie rolling suitcases, heels etc are hard not to notice.

The staff were friendly, the room was spacious. It has a large clean pool. The rooms have a little kitchenette which is great, the bathroom has loads of hot water and the water pressure is awesome. Although the hotel is noticeably old, it does carry a lovely charm.

Everything was old, nothing was repair... Our curtain in the bedroom was torn. Furniture was damaged, bed was not comfortable (old spring mattress). Bathroom was quite horror for me. It really needs reconstruciton. Walls are super thin, so you can hear everyhting happening on the same floor. Our room was ,,connected" with other one by door (with chair in the front). So we saw when the other guest switch the lights... Kitchen has everything we needed, but to be honest we did not use it so much, so in case you are going to cook more, lots of things will be missing. As was written in multiple reviews, hotel needs total reconstruction. If you need just sleep over and dont mind that room is not nice, price is fine...

Staff was super nice and helpful. Everything we asked for was not an isssue. We had late check-in (after midnight). It was a big issue to connect with a hotel, eo noone co firmě that to us. But when we arrived, someone was waiting on the reception. If you dont have high expectation, dont care about really old equipment, furniture or bathroom that needs hige reconsteuction, then this accomodation could be fine for you. It was nothing terrible, but it was also not nice. So depends what you need and what are you wiling to accept. If you need just stay for a nigth (with less budget) and dont mind non-pretty-looking bathroom, then its fine. But definitelly dont recomment for vacation spend at the hotel.

Really uncomfortable beds, a bit untidy rooms. Dark lights in the room, especially bathroom. Not a single basic showering item there :( Also would be cool if the kitchen had some seasonings and oil.
