This is the second time I come to this hotel, and I face the same problem with the shower drainage. Staff were very helpful and fixed the problem quickly.

The room is nice and very clean. The area is very nice. There are many shops around. It is close to the square and bus stop. the pool is really large and nice. The breakfast is perfect and very generous.

The park nearby closes at 2 am - if your room is near the park, don't expect to sleep before. The hotel doesn't provide the slippers. The shower drain was clogged and water was all over the bathroom. The A/C didn't work - we had to open the window.

Overall the hotel is good value for money. It is a condo of two-story buildings and has tranquility not common for Napa hotels. The room looked renovated and modern designed. The reception staff (english-speaking) was very nice to us. The breakfast is plentiful as usual for all Atlantica hotels.

The hotel doesn't corresponds to 4 star, beds and rooms are very small, food variation is not very good. Water and other drinks are for extra cost at dinner. I expected more activities for children.

Location is good, some activities for children, but not very good personnel for entertainment. Overall very pleasant personnel, helped upon request.

There is no any beach close, you need a car to go to beaches, the sea is close but not for swimming.

The room by the pool was really noisy. The sofa in the room was dirty, the curtain didn't hang properly. Once I went to the reception and said I was celebrating my birthday and was really upset by the room (and mentioned the points stated above) I was offered to change only for cheaper rooms located by the amusement park. I mentioned my mother was staying in a nicer room also booked by me, though I was denied to change the room to that part of the hotel due to "it's other standard". I was really sad and started crying because it was my birthday celebration and I expected something different. The receptionist was polite though did nothing. The pool also closes at something like 6-7 pm that is weird and disappointing for this price as well. Also far away from the beach.

Its wasn’t clean at all Looks like they didn’t change the bed sheets before we came. The ac was very weak, it was extremely hot in the room. The double bed wasn’t a double bed, it was 2 singles beds which I had to make sure all night the my kids are not falling.

This is definitely a 3-star hotel (if to compare to other hotels in south Europe). The family room for 4 is just a normal room divided by a drywall. A few improvements could make a change: welcome bottles of water in the room, a better coffee supplier…

Food is surprisingly good! Large swing pool. All the staff is helpful and were doing their best to make our stay pleasant.

I think it would be nice to have more information about whats for dinner (for example mexican on Tuesday etc) and also a daily announcment about the entertainment (today there is live music at 8 etc) if there was any of the mentioned we didnt noticed so maybe make it more obvious. Overall everything was good.

-We had to keep the air conditioning working all day so the room was not hot. It needed 3-4 hours the first time in order for the whole room to get cool. Old air conditioning system. -Even though there was an entertainment program advertised, there was no entertaining team and nothing took place from the program which was not expected for a 4 star resort. -Very hard mattress!

Disappointing Experience – Would Not Recommend We stayed at this hotel as part of a group (3 rooms total) and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. First, we arrived late at night (around 11 PM) after a long flight. At check-in, the staff insisted we had not paid, even though we clearly had via Booking.com. It took several requests and a long delay before they finally confirmed we had indeed already paid. Upon entering the rooms, one of them was infested with ants—on the bed and all over the floor. We returned to the front desk, and while they did change the room, the new room had other serious issues: the air conditioning wasn’t working and the door wouldn’t lock. We reported this and went out for the evening. When we returned, the A/C had been fixed, but the door still didn’t lock at all, meaning anyone could have entered the room at any time. At that late hour, we were too tired to deal with it again. That same evening, while sitting and chatting quietly in one of the hotel’s seating areas, a guest complained that we were disturbing her baby who was sleeping outside on the balcony. A security guard came over and sternly warned us this was our “last chance” and that we were not to sit there again. Later, one of our friends discovered an indoor pool and excitedly called us down to check it out. We ran down in excitement, only for hotel staff and security to accuse us of rushing down to start a fight. They shouted at us, saying next time we’d be kicked out without a refund and that their hotel “isn’t for people like us who cause trouble.” Overall, this experience was not only frustrating but also quite upsetting. We felt unwelcome and unfairly treated despite behaving respectfully. We cannot recommend this hotel and will not be returning.

The rooms, while on the surface looked lovely, there was some clear wear and tear in the wardrobes and bathroom. There were some areas of the room that were not overly clean but it was mostly just surface level dirty and nothing serious. Did not affect our stay. The mattress was extremely firm which for me was too hard and uncomfortable. But that's my personal preference.

Great location and facilities for our family. The pools were great and our toddler and baby loved them. Staff were lovely and gave us a cake, fruit and wine in our room as we were celebrating birthdays.
