Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The shower gel from the shower needs a refill.
They have thinked to everything. Very secure, great rooms, lovely restaurant, all the services you want, 8 minutes walk to the city center.

Dinner at the same restaurant did not taste that well. Access to the restaurant was trought outside. Room was not easy to heat up (winter time) There was draft trought the window

A bit more of a selection would had been welcomed, but it was fine, and delicious.
The breakfast was just fine. Nothing special, but OK, the bakery cakes was just great.

Minor inconveniences: the immediate surroundings of the hotel. Cold seeping in through the balcony door that doesn't close properly.
Good location, just a 10 minutes walk to the very centre. Spacious and well equipped apartment. Excellent breakfast, helpful staff.

Very hot in the room.
Very spacious apartment. Easily ok for 6 people. We were only 3. Really clean. Modern. Etc. Easy parking. Friendly staff

The food in the restaurant was ok but there are better options within walking distance. The gym is only open from 7am which makes it impossible to have an early start for work. It is not clear why access cant be granted prior to the staff arriving at 7am.
The hotel is very clean and comfortable and all the appliances work well.

The locality is a bit shady. The hotel itself has nothing to do about it.
This is my third stay. The staff are very helpful and the facilties are really good. Though the area is a bit shady, I felt very secured once I am inside.

The neighbourhood was very questionable, solo travelers, be careful. I didn't feel safe going out after dark. It gets better 1 street over, but this one was all sorts of red flags.
The hotel was very nice, clean, the staff forthcoming. The room spacious,clean and also ideal for a longer stay. The bed comfy and clean. I can say only positives about the hotel itself.

The area where hotel is located was questionable, also rooms aren’t so modern or interesting or modern. This is typical hotel for business trip and should cost less honestly

The air-conditioning is older and not powerful enough for an apartment of such size.

The vicinity is quite untidy. A washing machine in the room has a compartments that smelled really bad. Luckily, this part is detachable. The washing machine leaked when I tried to use it.
The suite is really spacious. It has a decent size kitchenette and lots of cabinets. A dedicated workplace is also a thing.

Nice, cozy room with kitchen included, large bed, office desk, balcony and bath. The kitchen has some utensils including a water kettle but NO tea, coffee or anything. The booking allows you to use the pool next to the hotel bar which is a quite area inside a building complex.

Staff is mostly busy, tries to be friendly though but during their availability at the reception they barely look at you or say "hi". Apparently busy with very, very important tasks at every hour
Nice, cozy room with kitchen included, large bed, office desk, balcony and bath. The booking allows you to use the pool next to the hotel bar which is a quite area inside a building complex. Pool opens at 7am every day however the staff was a bit angry when I asked at 8:30 if I can enter. Staff is usually very very busy at every hour. I didn't quite understand why.

In the bathroom there was a bath and no shower curtain, so everything was running on the ground, in general, the street of the hotel felt not safe.
