Perfect stay. Staff very professional yet friendly and welcoming. The whole experience just sag Class. Perfect location for exploring the beautiful city. Room was large, bed pillows etc so comfortable. Bathroom was so nice my wife wants ours like that.

super elegent, well decorated hotel, very very good service and nice people, maybe the best I have seen in a front desk, willing to help anytime. would like to mention Olga and Tanya who were the nicest. great location close to everything but not too crowded area, superior level of bedding, shower, room ameneties, would stay again for sure. Breakfast was extraordinary, so much choice and special things you do not get at hotel breakfast (ginger shots!)

Honestly difficult to fault anything. Possibly as there is no bar and drinks are in the reception, this is a fairly compact space, but as a party of 6 we were always able to find seats.

Room spacious and really clean. Location was excellent and although the hotel does not have a restaurant there are several nearby with a variety of cuisine and experiences. Every member of staff was exceptional including those in the breakfast cafe. The complimentary drinks in the reception were most welcome and the hotel made for a very welcoming and relaxed break.

The lift to our floor was very small.

The location was excellent as it was close to the places of interest in Prague. We were close to transport and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

Beautiful modern hotel in a European-style building. Perfect location if you want to be close to the tourist center but still enjoy a bit of local vibe. There are great restaurants around. The rooms are spacious and well-designed. I will say the bed was a bit too hard (and I usually prefer firm mattresses). Safe area for a solo female traveler. Recommended.

I wish the “big elevator” was available from ground floor to allow for better handling of baggage. That is literally the only less than perfect thing I can think about.

Very clean and comfortable Staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was very quiet and overall sound privacy seemed exceptional. Tasty breakfast. The best scrambled eggs I have had in years.

The staff was so wonderful and helpful, went above and beyond. The warm inviting atmosphere was unmatched. We were greeted with a welcome drink in the cozy lounge. I loved the espresso machines in the rooms… I can’t say enough good things.

The hotel is truly a gem! Not only is it modern, quaint and welcoming, the entire staff is first class, especially Olga. She greeted us upon our arrival, and was warm, friendly, and extremely helpful. When my phone charger stopped working and I inquired about an Apple Store, she told me not to buy one. She found one that I could borrow. She went above and beyond the call of duty. Every morning the staff offered us free espressos, and every evening we were offered free beer and wine!

We loved absolutely everything.

The staff were exceptional and made us feel welcome from the first moment we arrived. The decor was lovely and the housekeeping was excellent. We loved the location, so convenient to the tram and metro and right off the Vlatava River on a more quiet street with multiple restaurants, coffee shops and even a laundry service right across the street. It was an easy 20 minute walk to old town and Charles Bridge. We enjoyed being in the New Town district away from the crowded Old Town area, but within walking distance when we wanted to venture down. The rooms are super quiet. We never heard street or neighbor noise.
