There was nothing we didn’t like.

The hotel is very well located, very close to the main touristic attractions. The room we stayed in was spacious, very clean and the beds were fantastic, very comfortable. The shower was also really good. The staff was very kind and helpful, and the communication before arrival was great. The hotel can arrange for someone to pick you up and drop you off at the airport, which for a reasonable price is very convenient, driver was great.

My only complaint is the noise, the walls are very thin and the hallways echo loudly.

We couldn’t have chosen a better place to stay in Prague. Beautiful room with a nice view and location is just minutes away from the main square. Airport shuttle is very reasonable and convenient. Overall it was a wonderful stay.

The room doors. Hearing others slam their doors upon entry and exit, we had to slam our door as well. This is very unpleasant, annoying and disruptive to sleep.

My watch was stolen inside my room; the hotel had 0 security cameras and washed off their hands like it wasn't their issue. 0 help from the staff to deal with the fact that something was stolen from inside my room, I couldn't even get them to talk to the cleaning staff to see if they had seen something. So security definitely an issue

The doors are very old and hard to open.. the room had 4 small curtains that wouldn’t close properly and there isn’t any blinds or anything so people can see into the room clearly… the one downfall is that you can hear everything in your room as if it was happening in your room. We were woken up at 7am by the cleaners singing and playing music outside in the corridors, which didn’t stop until 9ish.. staff just seem very casual and unprofessional in general…

It was very hot, and while a fan was provided it didn't work well. Staff was great about replacing it but the replacement also was pretty weak unfortunately

Room was incredibly hot as all windows were closed upon arrival. No air conditioning and windows couldn't be left open during the night due to noise from the street. Staff were quite rude when asked if anything could be done to make the room more comfortable. Was told "try coming in winter". Was refused refund for the second night when I wanted to leave after the first night due to discomfort as I "got was was booked". After such a negative experience with the staff and a poor night sleep, I chose to leave early and forfeit the money paid for the additional night.

Room was decorated well. Staff friendly upon check in. Location was good.

There’s no air conditioner in the room, it’s very noisy during the night, I can hear the sound of car on the stone road and I need my earplugs to fell asleep.

The location is very good, the staffs are kind. It’s clean.

Location is absolutely brilliant, 5 mins from the old square and walkable distance to most attractions. lovely and clean throughout the building and helpful staff.
