IsraelThere were few easily accessible electrical outlets in our room to recharge our electronics. The spa facilities felt a bit small for the number of people in the hotel and on occasion we were challenged finding an available lounge chair next to the pool.
We were a family of 4 adults and chose to upgrade our 2 rooms and stay in the Riverside building for the classic experience. Breakfast was exceptional in its variety, dining in general was a delightful experience and the decor of the restaurant and hotel was magnificent. Staff were most accommodating and helpful. The spa facilities were well maintained and modern.

Czech RepublicWe did not stay for more nights as we did not see added value considering the room price. In general the prices are set on rich clientele all around the Kolonadas area. Hard to blame the hotel.
We wanted to stay in iconic Granhotel Pupp holding high expectations. Plenty of space, nice decorations. Friendly staff. High quality breakfast, modern spa. Private parking.

Potentially the best hotel I have every visited. Extremely luxurious without being crazy expensive. Alot of history and the hotel in itself is one of the main sights in the town. Beautiful big room with an amazing view. Friendly staff och the restaurant is breathtakingly beautiful. Good cozy spa. It was a highlight on our vacation and if I ever return to Karlovy Vary I wont stay anywhere else but at Grandhotel Pupp.

QatarThis message goes out to Booking.com. There are 2 wings of the hotel. There is one that is of 5 star rating and the other of a lower rating. This needs to be differentiated better in the website. People go to this hotel to experience the Hollywood moments they seen on Film. But you will get a surprise when you make the booking in the wrong wing of the Hotel. I did the same. However there was space available on the other wing which I paid a negligible amount extra.
It was a wonderful experience. There was nothing that I can fault this hotel on in terms of service, location and experience

United StatesUpon our arrival they didn’t put us in our premier room. They said it was premier classification but I didn’t agree once seeing the premier room. However, they did change us up. WS disappointed in the pool area. Very loud acoustics. Metal pool and spas were not what I expected. The sun deck was perfect. Metej, Thomas, and Daniel provided excellent service in the bars and with our luggage.
It was breathtakingly beautiful. Service was great.

FranceI didn't have much natural light in my room - facing a hillside on the back.
Lovely big room, very comfortable bed. There is a reasonable gym and pretty flash spa although it was super busy in the evening (next day I went at 8am and had the whole place to myself!). This is also a great location for hiking or jogging in forested hills directly behind the hotel. There was an amazing array of food for breakfast including glasses of bubbles.
