Hotel is very nice, rooms are big, bath very large, clean. Bads are confortable, personal excelent. The breakfast by 13 euros is wort a lot.

The staff were very helpful and the hotel was clean and we loved the piano that was played daily great location near the trams and Metro. revisited a lot of attractions.

Parking was on site and secure, staff were over the top helpful, we got upgrade, the Underground (U Ban) was 1 minute walk from hotel and was straight into the heart of Prauge in 5 minutes, First time we stayed, But not the last. Breakast was a very large spread catered for all.

A very well-equipped hotel with everything you need from hairdresser to its own souvenir shop. Several restaurants and bars. Outstanding service, flexible when we had to re-arrange our booking. Our highlight was the live piano music in the lobby during the morning and in the evening.

Nothing much.

The room was very comfortable and spacious with all facilities that we would need. The bathroom decor was perhaps a little dated and very clean but there was no magnifying/make up mirror. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice. Location although not right in the centre of the old town was ideal for us as it was just next to a subway station and tram stop which took us everywhere that we need to go - using the excellent transport links in Prague. The hotel provided some extras that we hadn't expected like 2 free water bottle each day, a bottle of sparkling wine when we arrived, a Prague Pass card for discounts on attractions and we were not charged a room deposit as we had been expecting - maybe we looked trustworthy : )

The equipment in the bathroom would already need a minor renovation. And the wait for the elevator is sometimes very lengthy (but this is related to the number of guests of course). Executive lounge is only open until 22:00, which in my opinion is insufficient and it would be useful to extend the opening hours at least until 23:00.

Hotel has great breakfast with many choices. Rooms are clean and big, have everything I want. Location is very good, it is not direct in the center, but metro and bus station are very close to the hotel. The staff is respectful, attentive and helpful. The piano music at breakfast and dinner is a very pleasant addition.

Rooms are too simple, offer little comfort, basically beds and a table. Pretty far from the Old town, but nearby metro station helps a lot in this regard.

Superior breakfast, all you can eat buffet with lots of food to choose from. In fact the best part of the hotel. Metro station nearby, right near the hotel.

Super nice hotel! So comfortable and luxurious. Reception was amazing! So helpful and friendly! Breakfast absolutely top. With champagne! Location perfect. Just 10 min by Uber to all attractions and old town. Rooms so cosy with super comfortable beds. We love to stay there and we will choose this hotel again when we go to visit beautiful Prague again! Ps. Parking available with reasonable price with valet!

There were no major issues, but the shower booth didn’t drain well. I was a bit worried that the water might overflow while I was showering.

My daughter and I stayed at Don Giovanni Hotel for three nights and had a great experience. Although the hotel is located a bit away from the main sightseeing areas, there are tram and metro stations right next to it. We mostly used the trams, which allowed us to enjoy views of the city as we traveled. The room was clean, and the staff were very friendly. We were pleasantly surprised with a room upgrade and a complimentary bottle of wine at check-in. It was also a nice touch to have live piano music at the entrance. The highlight of our stay was definitely the breakfast. There were so many choices that it was hard to decide what to eat, and the dining area was always spotless. We’ll absolutely recommend this hotel to our friends and family and would love to stay here again on our next trip.

Great selection for breakfast. Very friendly and attentive staff. Nice big room - bed comfortable. Complimentary bottle on arrival, which was a lovely touch! Mini fridge stocked well with a great variety of drinks and snacks! Food from room service menu was really good too!

The mattresses were a bit too hard, whilst I enjoy a good firm mattress this was rather like the floor. The bathroom was a bit outdated and the shower head was not great. It hurt as the water coming out of it so hard.

The staff is really exceptionally friendly and very helpful. It was clean and the breakfast was really good. We had the executive lounge included and that was really good as well. Good selection of drinks and food.
