The beer in the hotel bar could be a bit cheaper 😉

The hotel is located on a quiet side street next to a small park. The metro station as well as the city train and railway station are nearby. Next to the station, there is a shopping center and numerous fast food bars and restaurants. The hotel is very clean, with comfortable rooms and beds. The breakfasts are very good.

The rooms were hot and the AC was not on for the season yet. It was a bit far from the historic district.

We did not like the neighbourhood which the hotel is located.

Very close to train station. Very good personnel, clean and comfortable rooms. Breakfast was delicious and quite good options for eveyone. Especially Mr. Berk from Restaurant was brilliant and he really took good care of us. Special thanks for Berk and their chief for beautiful eggs, omelettes, bread and so on… they made us feel like at home.

The door of the shower didn’t close properly so whenever you take a shower the water goes out.

we only had one problem, one of the sinks in the two rooms we had didn’t drain properly. but it wasnt a huge problem since we had two rooms with the same main door and we could use the other bathroom

the location was convenient and the overall experience was good for the money. the breakfast was great with lots of options. we didn’t eat at the restaurant but the menu seemed nice

When we arrived, the room was a bit too warm and air conditioner didn't work - opening the window did the trick for us.

Location was pretty much perfect for our quick visit to Berlin - by train from the airport. We went to Deep Purple concert that was held in walking distance at Max-Schmeling-Halle. Nice staff, great breakfast, OK room - good night's sleep after the concert.

It was a little bit loud from the street, and you can't book a parking slot upfront.

Hotel's personnel was very kind and helpful, room was spacious and cosy, location close to the underground station, a little bit over 3km from Alexanderplatz, pretty diverse breakfast choice, and very good coffee :) I was welcomed with cookies, which was super nice :)

Everything was flawless.

We had an amazing stay during a long weekend in Berlin. The service was impeccable, truly 5-star. The staff were incredibly kind and attentive, making us feel very welcome. The facilities were spotless and perfectly maintained, reflecting great care and professionalism. The breakfast was a highlight, offering an impressive variety to suit all tastes. Rooms were clean, however there was a slip up here and there. Coffee sugar and milk were not replenished, so we had to physically go downstairs to ask. They forgot to supply us with clean towers when used ones were taken, we left message downstairs and they were not replenished, until we physically collected the.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great. Rooms were nice, clean and comfortable. Location was perfect. Alasan, deserves an award he was so amazing. I did not come for holiday but to help my daughter settle in Berlin for her studies. Alasan, was just so helpful, he helped us with how to get around, where to go for things we needed. Every evening he cared enough to find out how everything went. He really went far and beyond to help us and he was so patient with us. I am so eternally grateful to him. We will definitely come back to your hotel with service like that.

It was in a good location for us, very near a central public transport hub. Very clean and bright decor. With a good use of plants to give a very nice look to the bar and reception area. Very friendly and welcoming staff.

The staff are very different, some are welcoming and helpful and some are unfriendly. One staff at the reception was very unfriendly and a bit rude called Bernardo. Also the room cleanliness especially the surfaces like countertops were not cleaned properly. The wooden floor was never cleaned properly.

The big reception and outdoor area ver unique. Loved the energy and light. The room space was very good. The closet area ver easy and spacious. The air condition super good.

The shower was leaking, so every morning, we had to deal with a flooded bathroom. It was not a broken shower, but a design flow - there's a gap in the glass where water can just freely escape. We were thinking of raising this with the hotel, but then spoke to our room neighbours and they had exactly the same issue, so we figured it's a general problem and it wasn't worth moving all our stuff to a new room, just to have the same thing again. Also, the Smart TV options weren't great. As non-German speakers, we would have liked to have used Netflix, Youtube, or any other app that allows English content, but the only one they had was YouTube and that didn't work at all. So we were stuck with watching the only live TV that was in English (the US election news coverage isn't that interesting when you're trying to wind down after a long day of activities). My advice to fellow visitors: They did have HDMI connectors on the TV, so if you have a FireTV stick or similar that has a connecting cable, you can plug it in. We didn't think it was needed before going, but then we exhausted ourselves in the heat and ended up without good options. Oh well.

Great location, friendly staff, big rooms and bed. Rooms were clean and the wifi was good. Location was also decent, only a five-minute walk to the train station which has a direct connection to the airport. Multiple supermarkets within walking distance, too, as well as plenty of nice coffee and doeners places.

We booked a twin room, which in effect was just a double - with staff saying they didn’t do twin rooms! As you can imagine, that was not ideal when with your teenage son! Why advertise twin rooms when apparently they don’t have them?

I was contacted that my room was overbooked and they had a 'good' alternative at the other end of the city. I did not accept and one hour later my room seemed available again. My colleague booked in same hotel way earlier than I did and was transferred at time of check in to neighboring hotel without clear explanation. Be aware of double bookings and double check your reservation in advance. Hotel itself is good.. Nice breakfast. Neighboor overload hotel has 24/7 bar open ;o)
