Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

TurkeyThe only disappointment was about trash. We stayed for five days but trash was collected for once. We can understand sustainability concerns but if this is the case, the hotel can put bigger trash bins in the room.
Location, facilities of the room were great. Overall, we were very happy about the hotel and certainly next time we’ll visit the city we’ll stay again in this hotel.

Fantastic location - walkable distance to harbour, Rathaus area, main station etc. Apartment rooms are well equipped and laid out. Fresh, clean and modern.

AustraliaNot the fault of Adina but being in the city there are offices across from the apartments - full view in and out. During the day curtains need to be shut for privacy. Please offer firmer pillows as well as softer.
The reception staff at Adina were kind. The cleaning people were also very efficient, ensuring patrons are satisfied - they ran a tight ship and quality controlled the happiness of guests. The room was good for a longer stay having a washing machine, ironing and cooking facilities. The beds were comfortable and the location to old town/Westfield shopping centre, tourist spots and restaurants was great. There is much within walking distance.

United States1) Location was good - in walking distance for major areas and close to bus stop and subway station; 2) The room was clean and spacious, kitchen looks brand new; 3) it would have been better if there were handling instructions for those kitchen equipment and washer/dryer; and 4) it would have been better if the room was equipped w an internal telephone so that we didn’t physically have to go down to the reception desk for small things.
