No fridge in the room

Location was good, next to trams and u-bahn, huge windows from floor to ceiling was great, good size of room, enough space for luggage , breakfast was enough ( much more than expected )

Having to resolve the Booking.com mix up over the room cancellation; I had to leave concluding this matter to a cyclist as I had to drive our support vehicle back to Calais.

The opening of the windows seems a little unsafe. A fridge would be good and there is space. Having to register before 3 the day before to have the room serviced appears to be simply a money saving device. Breakfast downstairs was poor and overpriced

Position next to trams and u-bahn. Good size room for a budget hotel. Kettle was a real plus. Comfy bed. Restaurants galore on the street.

There was a hole in the shower so water could come out every time and then it was very wet outside but that’s it.

Very nice window to the Main Street, very central next to coffee places. And overall in very good area In Berlin and not shady at all.

Room was a little small. There was a full-length window facing the street that had no guards on it; someone could have fallen out of it and died. The shower and sink were only separated from the sleeping area by a sheer curtain.

The location is good with a metro station just around the corner to connect you to anywhere in Berlin and it felt safe. The room was clean and comfortable. Although the street outside was busy and trams running there was little disturbance from noise. Didn't take breakfast so I can't comment on that but there was tea and coffee in the room. It would have been good if they had explained on check in that I could refill supplies from downstairs. I liked that you get a choice whether you want the room refreshed every day or not. Overall I would recommend this hotel and I would stay again.

We would have liked our room to be cleaned during our 3 day stay.

The room was clean and comfortable. The location was excellent for us as tourists. We were within walking distance of the brandenburg gate and that gave us access to the whole tourist circle. The breakfast was lovely.

There was no crockery/cutlery even though there was a hob. No light above the table/main area.

We were greeted warmly. It was a nice suite, clean and pretty spacious. The view from the bed was fun with the floor to ceiling window! A shared balcony at the back, view wasn’t wonderful but it is in a built up area after all. Nice and warm suite, plenty of storage space.

Very small thing but asked for a new towel and some bedsheets and were told they would be right up and never arrived. We got our room cleaned the next day though and all was replaced.

Location was perfect and the room windows are amazing with loads of natural light. Really secure as you have to use your keycard to get in and out.

The breakfast is pricey for what it is. Do not understand why the only coffee options in German hotels are crap. However the coffee shop next door is good and the wonderful House of Little Wonders which serves an outstanding breakfast is quite close.

Great location for seeing the sights with terrific access to public transport that can ferry you across Berlin, I had one of the top rooms which I adored for its views and light. Very clean bathroom which was enclosed unlike others on the property. Rosa on the front desk was helpful. Love all the many local restaurants and the Magic John pizza by the slice across the road was fabulous.

Nothing really to dislike

Room are clean and spacious enough. My room had the basin behind a curtain (of course not te toilet nor the shower), quite odd, but it was clean.

Rooms facing the street are somewhat difficult to heat in cold weather because of the glass façades.
