It seems air conditioning not strong enough. It was warm week and sometimes when sun was in the room it was hot. Can be big problem in summer. It’s ok that cleaning is once per 3 days, but garbage collection for extra fee confusing. Expensive breakfasts.

The room aisle kind of smelly

We stayed at this apartment hotel for a few nights and found it to be a convenient and comfortable option. I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel in Munich. It offers excellent value for money, especially considering its central location. While it takes about 35 minutes to walk to the city center, there's a tram stop right outside the hotel. Trams run frequently and take you to the center in just 10–15 minutes, which makes getting around incredibly convenient. The room was modern, well-furnished, and equipped with all the necessary comforts for a comfortable stay. The only downside was that daily cleaning is not included unless you stay for six nights or more. Otherwise, you have to pay an extra fee for daily housekeeping. Overall, it's a great choice for anyone looking to stay in a central part of Munich without breaking the bank.

The hotel warned us at commencement of our stay, that it only cleans the rooms upon the end of ones visit. We appreciate that it might be a way for management to try keep costs down, but having to bring used bathroom towels down for replacement to reception felt annoying and belittling. Similar when we ran out of toilet rolls and had to ask for more toilet paper from reception before going back up the lift with toilet rolls. Not exactly what would expect from an upmarket establishment. Breakfast was abundant but unfortunately forgettable. Appreciate the hotel trying to cater for many customers but found the quality of the options available to be poor. The juices (either sparkling or still) tasted diluted and the settings on the dispenser made one receive very small volumes in already small glasses.

We had a fabulous time. Its location meant we were 50m away from the nearest tram station... giving us quick access to the city centre. The shower and rooms were spacious.

Beds could be more comfortable. Sometimes, there were no cups near the coffee machine.

We had everything we needed in the kitchen and in the bathroom. There was no noise from outside, so we had a good rest. The breakfast was good. Also, we could take advantage of the coffee machine on the ground floor. There was a lounge zone with a table football, so our kid had additional entertainment :)

The room was excellent - large space, well equipped, all functioning perfectly, very close to the tram station (1 min - just in front of it). Since we stayed in 1 bedroom apartment, we had washing machine in the room which was excellent. Parking was easy and we could book it in advance. Everything was perfectly organized.

The room (in fact an apartment) was very spacious and very well equipped. Excellent location, near to main station and Nymphenburg Palace. And a tram going to the center stopping just in front of the hotel. And nice guests who know how to behave in a 4* hotel.

I didn't have breakfast at the hotel because I'm vegan and didn't see many vegan options. But it's okay because I was planning on meeting up with friends for breakfast outside anyways. Everything else was perfect! I would definitely stay here again in the future.

I'd say the beds were a bit uncomfortable. We booked a double bed hoping it would be one piece of furniture but instead just two beds next to each other. But that wasn't that big of an issue just something we didn't expect.

Very pleasant accommodation. Everything was neatly clean. Our check-in and check-out were really fast and we even got unlimited coffee from the machine in the hallway.
