Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

FinlandWe had suite 524 and it was under lounge and you could here people moving chairs early in the morning. There was also strange smell at the suite. Snack selection at lounge was quite poor, no gluten free choices.
Breakfast was quite good, but no glutenfree choices, except bread, which you had to ask to get it.

We have stayed here before. The hotel is very clean. We had a quiet room away from the square, which can get noisy at night. Everything in the room worked as it should. Check in and check out were both straightforward and the staff on reception were polite and friendly.

NorwayBoth elevators were out of service on occasions during my stay, but walking up to the 5th floor was okay and gave me some extra cardio for free. They are working to get them fixed, but I still find it odd that both elevators can be out of service at the same time. When they did work only one was operating, leading to long waiting times. Hope they get them fixed soon.
Lovely, modern, and nice hotel with free mini-bar and balcony rooms in a peaceful neighborhood. Still near many attractions in West-Berlin, and with many restaurants and bars nearby. If you want to stay a bit out of the main tourist area, yet near, this is an excellent choice.

Well situated close to GlutzenstraBe UBabn.. lots of close by facilities.. Easy check in... Great, comfortable and quiet, modern room. Clean and well thought out bathroom.. Breakfast was very good and available from 06h30 which was handy.. lots of choice for every type of person. We didn't use the WiFi as it was a bit cumbersome to set up.. Room service was lacking twice when one day towels were changed and toilet roll not replaced when run out. But these were small details.. The hotel was of high quality and would recommend - we stayed for 6 days .

GermanyThe cleaning staff had neither tidied nor changed the bed sheets and pillowcases for the next day! When we returned from outside, we noticed that we had no clean towels, and the bedspread had not been changed and was still messy.
The hotel had excellent luxury; its staff was very kind. There were free drinks available.
