No tea making facilities. Sauna had to be booked in advance.

Cleaning staff was efficient and friendly. The room was spacious. The hotel was nice and the room had nice views to the lake.

The thing that I did not like was the behavior of the employee supervising breakfast, who is an elderly woman and does not know how to deal with customers. Her reaction was unnatural. I ask the hotel manager to take this message seriously.

We use this hotel every time we drive from the UK to Poland. We always travel with our dogs and this hotel is exceptionally dog friendly. The dogs are allowed everywhere, including the restaurant, which is amazing. The staff are lovely, facilities are clean and the hotel is on beautiful grounds with walking/ running routes near by. We will be back!

Perhaps a light restoration of some parts would be useful. The whole thing was great, while a few parts need to be refreshed. The hotel Wi-Fi could be more efficient.

Definitely worth noting is the wonderful service and delicious breakfasts. In addition, a very good Italian hotel restaurant, a cool garden and a pond. About 100 meters to the subway station - definitely a plus. The hotel has a cool vibe, some easter eggs for football (soccer) fans.

Nothing, just a small grumble, as we prefer good coffee for breakfast but we're given a jug of filter coffee which was not great. We were given espresso on request, so no complaints.

Third time we have stayed here, we like it. Good location next to commuter train station. Dog friendly, excellent Italian restaurant in the hotel, good walks round about, there is ample car parking outside but also an underground locked carpark which presumably is available at a cost. Spa facilities and gyms also seem to be available but we did not ask about those.

Steam bath was not in use, jacuzzi was only in suits, not in spa like you could understand from the hotel description.

On entering the property there was bit of stale greasy smell probably from kitchen. We visited during winter , the smell was bit obvious, though no disgusting. However when you enter the rooms, there was no smell . It was very nice and cozy . I feel optional covered car park was slightly expensive - 10 Euro per night. (may be reduce to 5 or 6 euros would be great)

The breakfast was very good and had decent selections. Our menu had home made cup cakes and bread worth mentioning the taste. The Wifi connection speed was bit decent , I could have uninterrupted video call.

This is our second stay and we choose this hotel as it is at a midway point on a long drive. Just off the motorway – perfect to get to and get from. The history of this hotel appeals to my wife who is not only a football fan but also Italian. The room we were provided with was huge. Very comfortable and with air-conditioning that took the edge off the heat. A nice variety of footpaths are within easy reach. The railway station is a stone’s throw away if you want to go into town. The restaurant at the hotel is excellent. Staff were very attentive, without being a constant presence. Parking on site is free. Breakfast was good. WiFi was a bit touch and go in our room.

great location. not far off the motorway, next to a train station with easy links to central Duisburg or Dusseldorf. overlooks a nice park. it has a pleasant terrace it the rear with an excellent Italian restaurant.

The bed was terrible, too soft, too springy, not a good sleep. no slippers, the minibar options could be improved.

Friendly staff, draught beer was delicious, the room size was nice, the bathroom size was generous too, the terrace was also nice, and great parking also for EV's The table in the room, the nice big mirror were also very nice.
