Breakfast was fantastic. Lots of options, lots of vegetables and hot fresh foods. Fantastic breakfast. And the location - it is right by the park which is a fantastic reprive from the overwhelmingness of Berlin.

Bathroom door was sliding and didnt close fully, which made me uncomfortable when having to use the bathroom and the other person is in the room. Also didnt find the reception stuff friendly.

There was a bit of noise in my room, which seemed to be coming from electronic devices, although I couldn’t pinpoint the exact source.

Breakfast was amazing with a wide variety of options. The swimming pool and sauna were rather small but perfectly adequate — we really enjoyed using the facilities. It was a very relaxing space. We received a warm welcome, along with a complimentary cake, which definitely made us feel appreciated and at home.

The gym was too small with only light dumbbells in it.

Location. Clean. Comfortable. Good value for money. And most importantly the welcoming employees. There is a young lady on the reception her name is Iviana if I am not mistaken. She smiles and welcomes and gives infos about the hotel and the city. She is great and knows what hospitality is.

Excellent location within walking distance to Zoologischer Garten (or a few bus stops) and Tiergarten. Small but functional pool, sauna, steam room for a bit of relaxation. Spacious room with small fridge. Lovely staff with smiley, speedy service. One of my favourite places to stay in Berlin..

The hotel was chosen for its location to the start of the Berlin half marathon. We chose because of the swimming pool and gym. The room was quite basic and didn’t feel the images met with expectations. The lack of food and bar facilities was disappointing. Expensive self serve vend with very little choice. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel and instead would have chosen an obvious budget hotel. I had expected a little more as it wasn’t a budget price.

Spoon instead of a stick to stare coffee/tea. The fact that you were not told that the first bottle of water was complementary, and you had to buy any further bottles, but it was easy to buy them.

Staff were helpful and friendly. Good location. Bathrobe and slippers a nice touch. Nice selection of teas. Very good breakfast. Shower was very good and plenty of room to have shower as I was in a room that a disabled person could use.

The reception staff weren’t very friendly & welcoming. One in particular was really grumpy & impolite. It’s so important & for this reason we wouldn’t go back.

The only slight issue was transport. But this wasn't a problem with the hotel. We knew where it was before we went and expected the walk from the S-Bahn to the hotel. We could have used buses but there was a strike that weekend! Again, not the hotel's fault.

We only had breakfast one morning but it was very good. Good variety of continental and hot options. The bar services were exceptional. The barman was very well trained and able to offer a very good range of cocktails. Try a wheat beer, very refreshing! The corner room was very light and airy with good cityscape views. We used the balcony even though it was February! We were only there for a few nights so didn't have opportunity to use the pool or spa facilities. They looked very well sorted though.

Reception staff not particularly welcoming, pillows were awful (far too soft) & we booked a double but had 2 beds pushed together each with separate bedding -twin beds basically!

They do every day cleaning too early!!! We were still sleeping in the morning when the cleaning lady just walked in, it scared us really bad. So be prepared for that.

Overall the stay was great. It was good that there were sauna and swimming pool. But it was hard to use because when we went it was too crowded and too loud it wasn’t possible to relax. Room was equipped with everything you need for the short stay- kettle and fridge in the room, some toiletries and good amount of towels.
