• Not very sound proof walls; • The area around the hotel doesn’t feel safe, especially walking alone — it was the first time I genuinely felt unsafe getting to and from a hotel.

• Clean, spacious, and comfortable rooms; • Convenient location near both main train and tram stations; • Staff were friendly and responsive — when the AC broke, they quickly offered a new room instead of making me wait.

The surrounding streets are quite dirty. We could follow the business of a drug dealer gang from our window and there were a few homeless people too. It is a busy district next to the train station which has all amenities but negative sides as well.

Well located next to trainstation. Very clean and well equipped.

There were so many African Region guys who were doing business of drugs not only in night infact in day light as-well right in-front of your parking entrance which could damaged.

Abdul was very welcoming and friendly toward my family and specially toward my Son he help a-lot. definitely when ever i will visit Frankfurt i would love to stay in this Hotel Again

An unpeasant district. You can meet unpleasant drug dealers in the way from Central Station to the hotel, and they also crowding near the entrance of the hotel.

A short-walk from Frankfurt Main Hauptbahnhof. Check-in was smooth, comfortable sleeping though trams make a little bit of noise. Breakfast spread was quite good.

Hotel location near train station, tram station, easy access

Even though the side of the street the hotel is on is sketchy, using the opposite side to get to the tram station solves that issue. Other than that, everything was great!

The neighborhood. Also that the rate for the room the day of check inn was about $300 cheaper but we still had to pay the full price. When they say you pay at property I assume you pay the rate for this day.

Very unpleasant location in terms of heavy drug users. Although they leave you alone when you go outside, it is not very pleasant to be outside even before it’s dark

The room was facing the street and therefore it was petty noisy at night. Furthermore, there was mold in the shower.

The rooms are modern and are equipped with everything needed. Location is great with a lot of food places around and close to the main railway station.

My stay for one night was fine. A little slow getting checked in but nothing major. The room was modern and excellent with tea making facilities and a very comfortable bed and good shower and tv. The breakfast was excellent with hot and cold options. I would stay again, good value for money in the centre of Frankfurt.

Not the nicest part of Frankfurt, surrounding buildings are run down / derelict so the views are not good and the streets are a mess with litter and loiterers. These are outside the hotels control but it does detract a little from the stay.

Rooms were clean and comfortable, staff were friendly and helpful. All you can eat breakfast is very good and worth getting, the lady who looked after the breakfast did an amazing job.

Because its central location some strange people are doing their „business“ next to the main entrance.

Central located, modern furnished, close to central station, bigger shopping mall 5 walking minutes away.
